Staff where lovely
Surroundings are lovely
an outstanding place for a holiday. Staff go above and beyond in anyway to help. This holiday park is worth every penny. I won't stay anywhere else on the Isle of Wight in future
Perfect for what I needed, not tonnes of things there but I didn't need a lot to do as visiting family on the island. A few parks to keep the children occupied though. Staff were extremely helpful even when I arrived onto the island 3 hours earlier than planned. Will recommend to others and will be back again in the future.
All good except the heating system. It was very cold even heaters are ON.
Would not stay again we took your grandchildren with austium for easter break when arrived told to park car up in car park get a Tolley and take our suitcase to caravan in them no parking any where near caravan .
We stayed 3 nights it was freezing cold we all landed up in living room on the floor with fire on everything felt damp on plus side the children enjoyed aeroplanes flying over the caravan .not for me at all .
Excellent standard of accommodation and the caravan was very clean.
we stayed in the lower graded caravans, it was in excellent condition and was better than some of the higher graded caravans that we have used in the past
Very friendly and convenient, staff put on free fireworks display and fancy dress Halloween party. Very family friendly place, clean and well maintained.
We used the site as a base to explore IOW. The caravan was not new ,but in really good condition and cleaned to a high standard. The ladies in reception were very helpful and always cheerful. We will return!
Very friendly camp, felt a ease with the children staff very helpful only down side they did not have a pool but would still go there again.
Lovely holiday park. But what a shame some parents let their children run around shouting till 1am some nights. We were all so sleep deprived all week and it did affect our enjoyment of our holiday
Lovely site and staff. Would recommend and would return. Only minor gripe would be that the caravan we stayed in did not have a hoover or carpet cleaner so by the time the week was up the carpet was not as clean as we would like. There was a dust pan and brush that we did use but a carpet cleaner would have been better.
Me and my husband were very pleased with our holiday. We had such a good time. The staff at the park were very helpful and very friendly. The caravan was the best caravan we have stayed in for it's cleanliness. The park was set out very well with plenty of space in between each caravan. There was a lovely little play park for the children and a little games room that was ideal. It was a lovely little family caravan park, that was fairly central to the main towns. All the staff were very welcoming and very easy to get on with. Me and my husband would be very happy to go back to cheverton copse for another holiday. We didn't want to come back home as we had such a lovely time.
I enjoyed my holiday very much, lovely friendly staff, I do think they would benefit from having a restaurant at the park or even a cafe for light snacks.
