Really enjoyable break the place and staff were brilliant
I have been visiting this site for several years but I can see that the improvements being planned are going to significantly increase the viability of the site, which is wonderful to see. The new lodges are fabulous - someone has obviously taken a great deal of time in designing the decor and layout of the lodges.
The surroundings for me have no equal - the view over Coniston Water is beautiful and it is a peaceful and restive area to spend a few days.
I look forward to visiting for many years to come. Well Done.
What a perfect spot for a holiday. Chalet simple, but clean. Very good value for money. Thank you.
Very nice site , lovely lodges. We went for the peace and quiet and got it. Danny is spending a lot of money on facilities which will make it great for families.
Lovely holiday, very relaxing in a great location
We had a great time in Crake Valley park. Caravan was in immaculate condition. When we arrived we were greeted by the owner of the camp. Daniel was extremely helpful and made us so welcome since very beginning. Location is just perfect for explore Conistone lake. There are so much to do. Conistone village is about 10mins drive where you can hire bikes, boats or just sit and relax. On the door steps there are quite a few nice walks along the lake. And its not that busy as Windermere place. We will definitely come again.
if you want a place to chillout this is it || 10/10
We had a lovely stay over the Easter weekend in the last remaining caravan. Lovely site, great location and very friendly staff. Couldnt fault it.
Lovely location, no fuss, if you want to get away from things and relax this is the place. New wood lodges are excellent well equipped, lovely beds. Would go back again. Thanks
Crake Valley was a lovey place to take the family for the Easter school holidays. We were not fortunate with the weather but in spite of this we booked to go again later in the summer because we enjoyed the place so much. The owner, Danny, was really helpful and friendly and would do anything to make the stay enjoyable. The park is very small and the most idyllic location I have ever come across for a lodge retreat, a few hundred yards from Coniston Water, one of the most beautiful, unspoilt lakes in the Lake District.
Lovely lodge, would visit again.
beautiful location, good standard of accomodation
We stayed in the lodge for 7 nights with my two boys and had a fab experience. Very quiet surruondings, so tranquil... It's close to local shops and attractions. The lodge had plenty of space for all of us. It had everything that a family would need in a holiday. Danny, the owner lives on site and was very kind and helpful. We would love to stay there again.
Excellent stay and first class accommodation. Danny was wonderful. Very hospitable. Would highly recommend this Park.
well maintained sight within easy walking distance of Coniston Water, we had a wonderfull time
