Had a good few days away the kids loved it the only problem I had was one of the quilts in the caravan was dirty so was not happy about that

Great Caravan in a great family location with the them park and resort along side each other. It wasn't made very clear about booking the archery in advance though so we missed out on this occasion but know for next time. Would be good if the COSTA in the leisure centre could stay open a little later.
The caravan was very spacious and comfortable the best we have stayed in for a "gold" and at a very good price.

Caravan was right at the back of the complex so a long walk to the entertainment at night with poor lighting but the caravan was clean and comfortable.

Caravan was really good. It would have been good...if they had put the bed linen on the bed rather than a in a refuse sack

Caravan was modern but not as modern as expected. Gas heating would have been preferred, so will remember this when booking again. Bed lined was very dated and should be up dated immediately. Duvet and pillows were fine. Kitchen area, pots, utensils were dirty and pots need replaced as were damaged. Floor was dirty and a door mat would be recommended but all in all was a good week.
Caravan bit dated but clean overall (except smell in the fridge). Fantastic value. Theme park terrific for all ages. Icing on the cake was the Party In The Park on the Saturday night, Shayne Ward especially

The beds and living room furniture were really uncomfortable. Toilet seat was broken and the door to the van didn't close tightly at the top.

caravan clean and tidy, only problem was beds not made up on arrival, but were made up in my daughters ,
small niggle but worth a mention.
went to reception, as no sink plug was in caravan, handled perfectly by staff and within 10 minutes, a new plug arrived,"brilliant"

Helpfulness of staff
We went during October half term break and therefore there was very little waiting time. The only disappointing thing was that the monorail and cable cars were not working, however everything else was open.
Food on site is great. Shame though that we weren't able to book at 'The Mansion House' as we were informed that this was only available on Friday and Saturday even though in our welcome pack it said that it would be open. We did have the afternoon tea at there and it was lovely.
The zoo was also very well kept and the animals all seemed to be in good condition and what is nice is that there were all out and about and not hidden inside.
The set up is exceptional. I like the fact that you can stay on site and venture in and out of the theme park at your leisure. It also works out well of an evening should you wish to go and venture off site for your meals.
All in all a wonderful break with the family and I hope to return again next year.
Plenty to keep a family busy all week a good selection of rides and entertainment
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the only complaint was on our last night when we went for a meal and after ordering we waited for 25mins only to be told that the order hadn't been place. We then asked two separate members of staff to investigate and nothing came of that. We complained to the senior staff member and went elsewhere. Everything else about the holiday was greatly enjoyed so it was rather sad to end on a disappointing note.
Overall great family holiday. A few minor issues with rides closing and the leisure centre being under staffed which meant many activities were cancelled. Caravan was clean but we had to make our own beds despite it stating beds made on arrival but not a big issue. Would have been useful to have some better instructions on working the heating as we had a few issues with that but staff were really friendly and very helpful. I loved the entertainment but food over priced. I would come back but again though kids loved it.
Had a great time kids loved it
With the theme park and zoo, the kids really enjoyed the place and they want to go back again. The only downside was that the staff did not seem very friendly..particularly I am not happy the security guys at the entrance
we had a good weekend and kids enjoyed it however some of the rides for the younger children were closed all weekend. Our caravan could not have been any further away wich was a problem having young children it was also a bit shabby plus none of the beds were made up so arriving at 6.30 with young childer that are nearing bedtime was a problem having to start making six beds was the worst start to my weekend surely they could have made beds for the amount of money I paid. Beds were uncomfortable and squeaky didn't get much sleep. But other than that we had a good weekend .
Best equipped caravan we have stayed in. Decent mattresses and full fridge/freezer. Close to the park/facilities. Good value shop and restaurants.
We loved our October half term break at Flamingo Land ! The caravan was gorgeous and spotlessly clean. The staff were all welcoming and very helpful.
The only drawbacks that we found were that the on site supermarket closed incredibly early (at 6pm), the pool party in the leisure complex didn't go ahead and some of the rides on the park were closed.
What made up for this was that the park itself was quiet, most rides we could just walk straight on to, even in the middle of the afternoon. The couple that we did have to que for were no longer than a 5 min wait even for the biggest rides.
Our children loved the little golf buggies that are around all day and into the night to take you to your caravan. They were decorated for Halloween with even the drivers getting into the spirit and dressing up too.
We would definitely come back at this time of year again.
caravan was very dated and several things had to be repaired as were broken on our arrival. Was told it was a private van so i paid extra £19 insurance, this clearly was not the case. Wallpaper was peeling, carpet stained. Normally go to haven caravans as there vans are much better. staff were excellent especially kids entertainment and pool staff.
it was an excellent break for me and my 4 children . Their age range are from 17yrs-6yrs and all of them had something to do - the facilities catering for a wide spectrum of age. I loved the kids entertainment at night - it was a rush in my caravan to get there each night for 7pm. We opted to cook our meals in the caravan as we were on a budget, however we did dine out one night and the meals and staff were excellent! I have encouraged member of my family and friends to come along next year for the same fun we had!
I will definitely be booking again for next year!
Kids loved it and quite xx
We are just back from a week in flamingo land the actual place is fantastic particularly for pre-teen. the staff were amazing and pretty entertaining we total loved Barry and Fred the wee bus drivers, most of my complaints are to do with the actual accommodation,we hired the Boston lodge had a few issues to start which the staff was more than happy to attend and fix, however for a family cabin there were not enough dishes we had to go out and buy some there was nothing in the cabin to do at night yes DVD player but no where to rent dvd we did bring some of our own, there was fantastic evening entertainment at the club but having young children I assumed there might be some bored games in cabin or even the facility to rent/hire games console however my biggest complaint is the mattresses they were the cheapest of the cheap I am still suffering ! Between my shoulder and by back I am still downing pain killers! my oldest slept on the couches actually wished I had too ! I would definitely bring an air bed or mattress topper !!! Few other niggles the shop is dire dark dingy completely over priced and under stocked , there is a morrisons asda and sainsburys about 15-20min drive outside the complex

Fantastic value for money. Caravan bit dated but clean (except for terrible smell in the fridge). Park terrific. Party In The Park on the Saturday night was the icing on the cake, Shayne Ward especially. Highly recommend Park for all ages
