It could have been so much better, if you want quiet and private hot tubs don't go here.
We arrived late on a friday at end of half term, ok hot tub not ready not great start but it happens, didn't help that the couple in front of me were greeted with "your hot tubs ready", anyway after a 5 hr journey we were ready to relax, then the loud music started - and continued to 11pm, reception were no help and said that this was the norm.
anyway we made the best of it, despite a kitchen in bad need of repair, cupboard doors hanging open, dripping taps, broken light in the main bedroom that buzzed continually, blocked sink in the other bathroom , and then there was the woodlice who were obviously disappointed that we were intruding in their home in the bathroom.
It was cold at times, the lodges have pretty old night storage heaters, which for a holiday let are ridiculous, apart from the missing switches, you end up with them on all the time or you have to turn them off (but that doesn't work until they have run out of power) so its windows open to cool the place down.
The lodges are quite close together, and its pretty muddy when its raining, the hot tubs all seem to have been an afterthought and are easily overlooked and in some strange places when you walk around the park.
Also the patio doors and windows have no netting, just curtains, so if you are in the building you are in a bit of a fish bowl, especially as the hot tub guy just walks straight past the windows at random times, so if this doesn't bother you it will be ok.
We did use the on site swimming pool, stood there for several moments while the 3 staff finished their conversation, even then i had to get their attention, and had to ask what to do as they simply pointed to the swimming pool entrance.
Personally we wont be back, and wish we had gone to Finlake again which is quiet, organised and well laid out.
