Disappointed- will not return. Budget should still be clean and hygienic even with a dog.

TV didn't work. Normally this would be bad but it meant that it wasn't a distraction
We would have preferred a shower than a bathtub but we worked around it.
Entertainment was fine. Surprised how big the entertainment hall was.
We will consider coming back in future
Perfect place to take a pet plenty of space

An oven would be handy to cook for a 4 Year old
Studio was spacious and clean but fridge was warm.
Beds were lumpy and sofa bed mattress paper thin.

We stayed in the budget 1 bed accommodation which had a nice warm bath but was very dated for 3 nights and then the 2 bed silver apartment for 4 nights, the silver was much better in style and being more modern but the shower was horrific, on and off hot water, had to use the sink to wash ourselves off with a plastic container we'd luckily taken, so not to burn or then freeze ourselves, which was very difficult with two young children (such a shame). The swimming pool (which was too cold, we could only manage 20 mins at a time) closed 25 mins early twice with no reason, which I spoke to reception after the first occasion and they said they would feed this back, but it happened the next day (and on one occasion the male life guard fell a sleep at the pool side!) The changing rooms in the swimming pool were filthy and the showers were drippy and cold. We had to call out the maintenance person (a lovely friendly helpful chap) to fix wobbly furniture in our 2 bed apartment. We took our Jack Russell Terrier and there was no where we could take him on the complex apart from walk him around the apartments and the carpark (which late at night felt unsafe as the lighting around the apartments was very dull or non existent). We would only go again if we had no other alternative and it was half price and the dog friendly facilities were improved.
The holiday park is in a great location. Luckily we managed to get a last minute reduced rate for the week for the budget apartment but I have to say if I had paid any more for it I would not have been impressed at all and there would have been a complaint coming to you. There was mold over the ceilings, the carpet was awful and covered in dog hairs, it smelt damp and the bed mattress was absolutely awful and definitely needs replacing. The interior of the park reception is also very dated and could really do with a make over, it is very dark and dingy, needs some white paint somewhere! The staff were very pleasant and helpful though. So great location but would not have been happy to pay more than we did for the week which was about half of what it should have been!
We stayed in a studio apartment which fit myself, my partner and son in nicely. It was equipped with two jobs, a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster salon with all utensils, plates and cutlery etc. The bath was a nice big size and we had plenty of hot water. We had a lovely view from are room which was an added bonus. The room was cleaned to an okay standard but could have Been better not that we were bothered by it. The sofa was comfortable and clean, we had a slim tv with plenty of children's channels, clean bedding and plenty of storage. We could have used some soap as its not really something you think of bringing and hand towels but over than that it was brilliant and well worth our money.
not at all value for money,

Facilities are so so. Cleaning of the toilet and bath not brilliant (had to go over it ourselves). Entertainment was good. We all enjoyed the bingo. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely town close, beautiful scenery. For the price we paid it was worth it and would go again in the future.

As previous no hot water due to the immersion heater being broke, the pull out bed was broke and we had to ask for clean sheets due to stains on the ones they left out for us. Room was filthy had to go to the Tesco at the end of the road to get cleaning products.
Brilliant accommodation on a low budget. I didn't expect the standards for the little I paid.
