All breaks for all arrivals
Great holiday, staff brilliant, food good, look forward to going back again.
Apartment was great. Very large and we'll equipped. Staff very friendly and helpful. This is a place if you want to get away. Wifi slow, no phone signal and a village shop, pub and petrol station in the village so limited resources locally. Perfect for us on a dog walking holiday but won't be for everyone
As a couple we were looking for a quiet break, this is more suited to families. The road into the complex is terrible surprised my suspension survived.
Wifi only in and outside bar.
Beautiful peaceful setting. Not too many apartments seemed that there was only several.
Pros - Apartment was well equipped with jacuzzi, two shower rooms and balcony. Dogs allowed and there is plenty of places to walk or fish.
Cons - Over powering smell of chip fat on arrival, cooker not been cleaned, settee was smelly, and a serious problem with spiders (removed around thirty spiders over a four day period) so bad could not open window for ventilation, although this is not Kingfishers fault.
There is no signal for internet on the site or within a mile of the apartment for Orange, Tesco or Vodaphone and probably all the other networks.
If you want total peace and quiet then this is the place for you. You definitely need a car to get around and you are approx. 40 minutes from most places of interest.
The Norfolk Lavender was a great place to visit, plenty to see and do there including a small animal park with an entry fee.
Lovely clean spacious apartment. Needs more kitchen utensils but apart from that could not fault the place.
Good quality apartments with all the facilities you could need.
Service in the restaurant was very good and the food of a reasonable standard for the prices paid.
The main negative is the road leading to the apartments which is covered in pot holes and in desperate need of repair.
Staying at Kingfishers apartments was fantastic felt very welcome from the staff and had such a lovely experience staying there.
This was a lovely break in beautiful surroundings. Staff could not do enough for you and were very friendly. Apartment was also lovely. Very big, modern and spacious. We thoroughly enjoyed it.
Excellent holiday the apartment was very clean and well equipped. Staff was very friendly and helpful only one comment would be that the staff smoked outside the reception area which I didn't like think it would be better to do it in another place. Also the drive in on the uneven road was unpleasant but this said would definiatley return.
This was an excellent base for a stay in Norfolk. The apartment was comfortable, had everything we needed and located in a beautiful setting.
Loved the place, not a lot about unless u drive ,staff was brilliant ,so friendly and helpful, but spiders every where was off putting ,specially for my boys
Lovely surroundings with the lakes and well kept areas, the pool and park area were sufficient although if the weather is not good there is not a lot indoors to keep the children entertained, the club house seemed to be shut when it said it was supposed to be open but seemed friendly when was open and somewhere to have a drink and food if wanted, the location is a quiet village quite far out from known tourist attractions, suitable for a very lazy week but if you are wanting to visit broads and beaches etc bare in mind the journey out. A nice country pub called the fox in the village did great food although a bit costly.
Enjoyable stay would return
