New Beach is one of the finest places in the south east for a family holiday. There’s so much to do around and about you’ll have difficulty deciding where to go next. You can even pop over to France for the day. There are competitions, fun and games for your children during the day, entertainment in the evening and a large screen television. This leaves you free to relax and enjoy the heated indoor pool, play darts or pool, try your luck in the amusement arcade or have a quiet drink with friends and family in the bar. Once the children’s entertainment has finished in the main ballroom, it’s time for you to have fun, with entertainment ranging from dancing, live music, discos and cabaret show time. There is also a café with takeaway, a supermarket and a launderette to help with the essentials.

The location of the site is excellent for the lovely beach and perfect for all we wanted to see and do.
Food in the Neptune needs to be served later than 8pm or 8.30pm for the carvery.
We had to complain about cleanliness of caravan on Saturday and had to repeat complaint again on Tuesday before someone came to clean floor. The launderette had only 3 washing machines and closed at 2.00pm (last wash) despite size of village. The entertainment was very amateur. The prize bingo was played in same location as children were present. The walkways to caravan from reception was only a rough, potholed path and was blocked by caravans left on pathway. I have been going to this site many times since I was a young child and will not be going again.
We were disappointed with the car park arrangements for people with disabilities
did not know cars were not allowed next to caravans disabled car spaces were taken up
with cars without disability badges-not enough spaces either for disabled drivers.
Our boiler was not working and had to be repaired twice, second time fitting new parts.
Caravan had a doggy smell which we had to spray.
We did not use the gas fire, could not light it. ,There was no teapot, sugar bowl, milk jug
egg cups and other things I can't just remember.
We came to visit our daughter who has just moved to Ashford ,half hour drive from the
caravan park and this will be a regular holiday but we cannot cope with all the carrying
luggage, food etc from the car park. On the other hand the childrens entertainment wa
excellent, Becky Conway was fantastic with the children.
We took a look at Silver instead of Bronze 2 caravan but they did not seem much better,
After booking early check in we was made to wait till nearly 4pm to get our keys for our caravan. The overall paths and area arounf the caravan was not very well kept
Not a bad site (caravans inside, have great layouts) sadly New Beach doesn't have a beach because of the flood defences you have to walk a good half an hour to get to a part of the beach you can relax on (this wasn't great with 3 under 5s) the other let down was the pool one word...freezing! Not sure where the heated part comes in that is advertised ;) but overall happy with the other amenities (shop not greatly stocked fyi) but decent penny machines for the kids! Parking is a bit tight and you can't park or pull up near your caravan but we knew this before booking ;)
The area was great for days out at Dover Castle, Port Lympne and Dymchurch. There is a fantastic sandy beach across the road too.The facilities are old and need revamping but are still good enough to use. A good renovation and clean is what is needed in the toilet facilities and swimming pool changing room area. Entertainment staff were brilliant doing everything they could to make it great for everyone, they made us laugh quite a few times and put on some great shows. We loved the silent disco and open air cinema. Well done entertainment team. Neptunes next door was a fantastic value carvery serving great food at great prices.
Location and surroundings I have scored a 4 because the beach is 5 mins drive down the road, otherwise I would have scored less. The actual surroundings are full of litter and the caravans are all crammed in to make more money. 2 used instant bbq packs were left outside the caravan door, along with the other litter such as broken plastic, food packaging, etc. The pool was ok, quite cold, but a good size. There were not enough changing facilities and they were dirty. The big doors were open which did not keep the pool or poolside warm.
We went to New Beach with our children and enjoyed our stay. The staff were helpful and polite. We ail to go again next year.
The facilities were good. The play park, mini golf, arcade, swimming pool and overall atmosphere was enough to keep the children happy. That was all that mattered.
It's been quite good but around the camping there is nothing, there are no beaches (sandy) only rocks.
I was a bit puzzled to how they manage the swimming pool: they allow to use only 1/3 of it because they rest of it was supposed to use for the swimmers but we were all parents and kids in the pool. The result of it was that we were squished while the rest of pool was empty.
In addition the swimming pool was just 1.6m at deepest point and there was 3 safe guards.... I didn't understand all these weird rules.
Luvly caravan loads of places to go we will back
Great spot and caravan included everything you needed. Onsite facilities very good too. Helpful staff always on hand.
Found the caravans badly situated and was kept awake one night by drunken neighbours. Otherwise it was ok. The toilets in the bar area left a lot to be desired.
when it rained the grounds were flooded and the car parkes was to far away to unload your belongings
The caravan we had was very well furnished,
