New Beach is one of the finest places in the south east for a family holiday. There’s so much to do around and about you’ll have difficulty deciding where to go next. You can even pop over to France for the day. There are competitions, fun and games for your children during the day, entertainment in the evening and a large screen television. This leaves you free to relax and enjoy the heated indoor pool, play darts or pool, try your luck in the amusement arcade or have a quiet drink with friends and family in the bar. Once the children’s entertainment has finished in the main ballroom, it’s time for you to have fun, with entertainment ranging from dancing, live music, discos and cabaret show time. There is also a café with takeaway, a supermarket and a launderette to help with the essentials.

My holiday experience:
1. Parking - not enough parking nearer to the caravans. Struggled to find parking most of the times which wasn't a pleasant experience.
2. Bed linen - we were a family of 5.. Bed linen was only provided for 4 people. Disappointment with no extra pillow case and duvet covers. Glad we did bring a spare blanket.
3. Check in - check in time was at 4pm.. However we only revived our keys at 4:45pm. This was not a good start to our holiday, espically when travelling a 2 hour journey to get to our destination and being there half an hour early before our check in (3:30pm). The staff wasn't well organised when it came to sorting this out.
4. Lighting - during night time it would be nice if there were some sort of lights around the caravan. It was absolutely pitch black when trying to find our caravan.
Overall our experience as a family was a disappointment.
Would not recommend, very cheap, shabby holiday park.
The car parking arrangements were not good. In the week was a bit of a struggle to find a space but both weekends were terrible people parking on the yellow lines and the grass.
That was a bit of a turn off for coming back again.
Me and partner stayed at new beach for a well earned rest. We stay in one of the gold caravans. It was lovely clean and tidy. Good value for money. The entertainment was ok. If u want a nice no frills holiday thats good value for money. U wont be disappointed. Alot for children too do. Yr right near
The beach in dymchurch which
Is a lovely place.
The caravan was a lovely size, but not well cleaned considering its newness. Basic items expected not in the kitchen utensils. Campsite old and tired particularly the main facility building. Food ok but overpriced for what it was. Staff very friendly though. The high sea wall in front of the camp that you had to climb to see the sea and boulders on the beach were not expected.
Wish we had read reviews before we left .... Wouldn't have gone to be honest. Caravan was OK, but the site was so disappointing with no activities apart from the evening entertainment. No beach either and nothing nearby!
We ended up driving into Canterbury but that was a lovely day!
We enjoyed it, the caravan was new and the staff were very helpful
Park very untidy, general rubbish left outside caravans, did complain and park holidays answered promptly but site managagment failed to clean before we left 4 days later, so disappointed. But up to now have enjoyed most parks.
The park was situated on a very busy, very noisy main road and our chalet was near this road. It was difficult to sleep. We were not warned about this road when we made the booking. There was no launderette on site, making it very difficult to keep clothes, towels, etc., clean. The shop opened very late one day with no apology or explanation when the shop assistant eventually turned up; we chose to drive to the Tesco Express at Dymchurch after this. The nearest town (Dymchurch) was a fair distance away, too far to walk.
Entertainment very poor. No comedians, singers (other than poor staff entertainers). Restaurant advertised as open until 9.00pm each night was closed 5 of 7 nights at 8.00pm. No other eateries. All entertainment geared to children but not school holidays. Chalet was poor and not painted externally for 40 years.
I have never seen such a dirty, run down rotten excuse for a park. Try employing cleaners that actually know how to clean and not just pile up the dirt, food and things more filthy
