Chalet was budget with one bedroom and double bed setee in living room, it was great for two adults and 2two children, plenty of room for the 4 of us, all the kitchen facilities you need and a bath with power shower over. Just a quick walk from the club.

We liked the holiday so much we have booked for next year.

Just awful as said above!

Horrendous. It's one thing to be dog friendly, but it's a whole different thing to turn up to dog hairs everywhere and find all the furniture has been chewed. If the initial impression wasn't bad enough it just got worse. Facilities were poor, apartment was unclean, not enough parking spaces for the number of guests. Definitely would NOT stay here again, they don't show you pictures of the apartments for a reason.

We had a lovely time I did feel there wasn't much for younger children to do there and the park and swimming pool could do with updating but over all we had a lovely time the sofa beds to set on we're uncomfortable as all wooden frames behind you so could do with improving

We had a great holiday. The chalet had obviously been updated and apart from the put-u-up in the lounge, everything was great. We had a fantastic view of the sea from our window and the food in the restaurant was very tasty. I would recommend it to anyone.

The accommodation and furniture very dated needs modernising. Don't think that chalet big enough for 4 adults ! The view from the chalet was beautiful and outstanding the park was clean and tidy . The food in the restaurant was good value for money and presented well. As a base for the surrounding area we would stay again . The costal walk to the beach was at times unsafe but worth it when we got there but need to be aware no facilities once there and a long walk back to the park

Had a 3 night stint here, and found the accomodation clean, tidy and comfortable, with everything in working order. The location was great with stunning cliff views in one direction, and the town just down the road in the other. Would definitely come again!

Whilst riviera bay holiday park facilities were generally very good, the club, the gaming area , and the surroundings were exceptional , the accommodation could do with updating . The park and surrounding area is great for dog owners and walkers alike.

The chalet we had was in a reasonable condition the sofa bed was that thin you could not sleep on it so my partner and i slept on the two bunk size beds in bedroom.
The site is in need of a up date. because the scenery is wonderful the coastal walks, and of coarse the retail it brings to Brixham .
The only complaint i have is that on Friday evening when the new lot of people arrival
we was woken up at 1. 15 with shouting singing and very disrespectful behaviour.
Which we packed our things and moved out at 2.20. am. we did not contact park security as we threw the numbers away a we was leaving on that morning at 10 am.
This issue put a damper over the holiday

I was slightly disappointed that the fact that I had bought my pet with me was very restricted as to where we could take her on the site. I could not use the restaurant or bar as we had the dog with us. When we arrived we couldn't get into the chalet for sometime so we went for a coffee due to horrendous weather we had to drink our coffee in the doorway of the reception as there were no undercover facilities to eat or drink. Also the chalet s could do with aa little update. The sofa was so lumpy and uncomfortable to sit on.

A lovely little park with helpful staff in a beautiful location.
The chalets could do with a bit of a spruce up but otherwise a good amount of space

The whole place needs updating quickly. Our room was so dirty, hairs everywhere pubic hairs in the bath. Damp smells in every room. Sofa bed so uncomfortable, basically a thin foam mattress on a wooden board

overall I was quite happy with the accommodation it was clean & tidy, and the centre was also very good .but the fridge & cooking facilities were old & tired. the duvet did not fit into the covers very well which left them slightly uncomfortable.also would have liked a comfortable chair/sofa to sit on. the staff at the resort were excellent & always greeted any enquiries with a smile. 5*****for the staff.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Yes the decor is outdated, but it had everything we needed and was very clean. Everybody was friendly and helpful. My only problem was that they did an hour of hyping the kids up in the evening then an hour of bingo where they wanted the kids to be silent and not mucking about. That didn't work for us as I have two small kids who were by that point very excitable. The facilities were good, and the boys loved the pool. I think it would be better if you can drive as it isn't close to a good beach but the one at Paignton was brilliant! We loved brixham harbour aswell. There's lots to do in the area, so aslong as your not planning on mainly being on site it's a great place to use as a base. The beds were comfy and the bedding provided was clean. There are supermarkets not too far away as the shop on site was expensive but this is to be expected in my experience. Overall I would 100% stay there again!

The only thing I did not like about Riviera bay was the awful TV service. at best we had 5 channels but most of the week there were only 2 available. It is pretty poor in this day & age. We stayed here 2 years ago & thought this was a stopgap as digital TV had only recently been introduced to Devon.
For the price that we paid, we guessed what the accommodation was going to be like, but we couldn't get over the smell in the chalet, we had to go out and buy fabric spray. Ok, it was a chalet that you were able to take your pet in, but I'm sorry, it really stank!
Overall mind. it was clean. It would have been better if we could have parked our car a little closer mind.
The entertainment area was of a good standard, with the nightly cabaret show a decent watch. But the price's were typical of holiday complexes, in that it was very expensive, in my view anyway. But know doubt the owners would say it was justified for the entertainment etc. The beach was within ten minutes away, but dont even try if you have walking difficulty or a pram!
Brixham was pretty close, but not really within walking distance, but all the place's we visited were within twenty minutes car drive.
But it was a nice end of summer break, with nice weather, and was lovely to be away for a week.
Would we go again? Yeh, why not!
Dirty chalet no close parking camp a bit tired need some tlc . Lovely location only reason we return. Very slow giving the keys on arrival
Would never go again, the accommodation was disgustingly dirty and in need of modernisation. We spent an absolute fortune because the accommodation was not comfortable to we had to go out all day every day
Love brixham the entertainment was good chalet had ants and needed refurb TV didn't work as no signal on site that week. Great location.
Absolutely loved it! The site was very good value for money and the views around the site were very pretty. Would definitely recommend to others and will definitely go again!
