Beautiful lodge would definitely book again. The master bathroom has a bath we would of preferred a shower they are showers in the en suites but it meant we had to keep using there bathroom & not ours.

See above. Can highly recommend Thirteen, a small restaurant in Leyburn; they have a website and booking is essential. Always enjoy visiting Leyburn cattle market (the café is excellent and good value). The drive through the narrow lanes over to Buttertubs is spectacular.

We has a lovely week in Woodlands Corner, there was plenty of room for the 5 and 1 dog to spread out. One thing i would say though is that the first aid kit was poorly stocked. on the last day 1 of our party badly cut their finger and upon finally finding the first aid kit it was bare, only a bandage, some scissors and a few children's cartoon plasters. Also the kitchen is well stocked for cutlery, plates and glasses etc. however it did lack in baking trays for the oven. Apart from those 2 points we would recommend Sun Hill Lodges and Woodlands Corner to our friends and family.

The kitchen was in need up updating and making more work space. More draws and make-up stations in the bedrooms. The settee could do with renewing as a bit uncomfortable.
