With Hoseasons, there is no need to shop around. All you need to do is provide us with proof of the lower price you have been quoted by giving us evidence (including the telephone number or the details of the website where the price can be confirmed). We reserve the right to reject claims if reasonable proof is not available or if the holiday accommodation is not the same. The lowest price must be available on the day that you make your booking. If you have written or e-mailed proof of the price, you can just e-mail or fax this to us. If you are sending your proof by post, please send it first class. 10th - 26th APRIL
All breaks for all arrivals
The only reason I would not stay again. Was because of the noise of the traffic at night from the A30 .
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Couldn't knock it for the price :) it was clean and there was plenty to do in the surrounding areas
Great place to stay. Nice and quiet and ideal for toddlers and young children.
We stayed here whilst over for a wedding in St Ives. To be honest on first arrival we weren't given the accommodation we had booked and there weren't enough beds to suit our party. We found that we had been put in a compact unit which was very small for a party of 7! After speaking to reception who were very helpful, was told they'd had few problems with hoseasons bookings and offered us the accommodation we had booked. The accommodation overall is quite dated and we didn't have linen for some of the beds. Sadly won't be returning to this site. We did not use facilities but even just as a stop over this was pretty disappointing.
terrible location as you cant even have an evening walk to a local pub, it was signposted anywhere apart from outside at the entrance which in itself is an awfull place-on a corner tucked in that you cant see it on the road until your actually at it and its at a junction with another road, no sign if you approach it from the other direction of the road.
Swimming pool is far to small for a site that large, I was there with a total of 5 adults in pool and we couldn't all swim properly so we had to take it in turns to use the sauna to give others the space in pool, would be nice if there were some sun beds to dry off on as you have a large grass area that is unused, lighting was awfull as I had to walk all the way from the little car park all the way to the very last bungalow at the very bottom and there is only 1 main light and not everybodies little door lights were on to help,
We didnt spend much time on the site but the parts we did see were excellent. We had a bit of trouble working the oven but a member of staff came straight out to fix it.
Although it said shower or bath, we just thought we might not get a bath, but we had a bath with a rusty plughole and no proper shower, just hose on bath taps. We did tell reception about this, but it was an old bungalow which needed doing up. Other than that everything was OK and next time we'll try to book a newer property.
good value for money. excellent staff
GREAT LOCATION, WAS NICE AND QUIET 13TH - 17TH APRIL, WILL DEFINITELY BE BOOKING HERE AGAIN
It was excellent-only issue was an electric wire under the boiler in batg which scared us complained about it. Hope its ficmxed for others soon. Taps to be mixer as opposed to hot and cold. Rest its fantastic
We stayed at Tolroy Manor for 4 nights at Easter. Fortunately the weather was great as 8 of us indoors would have been a bit of a squeeze. The location is perfect for visiting the 'bottom end' of Cornwall with most places easily reached within 1/2 hour. Hayle has lots of supermarkets and takeaways and there is a small but well stocked shop and food on site. As far as the accommodation - it was perfectly adequate. The kitchen is very small but stocked with pretty much everything. The beds were very hard, fortunately our double room had an extra duvet in the wardrobe which became a bit more padding, the others wern't so lucky! We all needed extra pillows which you could get from the office with a £2.50 returnable deposit. Our biggest problem was the towels - trying to dry 8 bath and several beach towels every day proved difficult, especially as the tiny clothes horse provided was broken! A drier in the large upstairs bathroom would have solved this problem. The swimming pool was a great bonus for our youngest granddaughter, however it always seemed to be shutting early because of 'carbon dioxide' build up and this did cause some disappointment when she couldn't get her promised swim after a day out. The older boys enjoyed the snooker table and there seemed a very full programme during the evenings in the clubhouse. Outside, there is a tennis court, crazy golf, table tennis and children's playground and a children's club and squash court. Plenty for all ages. The site is very quiet and well laid out and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
