Great holiday park lots to do on site.entertainment excellent. Caravans lovely clean and tidy.swimming pool is really good children loved it and the adults too.
We are hoping to come back next year if we can get another special offer
Great part of the world to spend a holiday in and the West Sands caravans were clean and well appointed and well worth staying in. As for the rest of the facilities it really depends on what you are wanting in a holiday. We were lucky enough not to have a caravan near the main facilities as sadly the main facilities were reminiscent of a tired, somewhat run down 1970's campsite. We did attempt to eat in the 'family restaurant' one evening but left before being served due to the fact the staff were inattentive, the tables/menus were filthy and sticky and the meal prices were extortionate for what was on offer. Using West Sands as a base to explore the surrounding areas and self cater or eat in local pubs/restaurants and we had a wonderful break - however we felt the holiday price was quite a bit higher than a lot of local similar holidays due to fact they have these 'on site facilites and entertainment' - something we'll bear in mind in the future.
Far too many people on site for the size of the facilities. Lots of asb and drunkenness that was not challenged.
very clean and tidy caravan resort. entertainment not bad.
It was not a family based holiday everything you did was money orientated and expensive at that . We were all wanting to go home the day after we got there as there was nothing to do as we had gone to the fun fair and arcades .. we were told it was a sandy beach and it was pebbles also supposed to be water shoots at the swimming complex and again was only a slide . However the caravan was good value for money and the entertainment in the evening was ok . I would recommend this holiday if you didn't have kids and you were happy to get drunk and relax every day . The food was absolutley rubbish and expensive .
Had a great holiday albeit quite expensive with 4 children. Would definitely go again!
Nice place but to big for me needs more facilities for the size of the site one hall is not enough to commentate all . Could not get a seat at the club house.
Lovely place, kids had the best time! Will be back x
It was a really enjoyable break. The beach is nice and my 2 year old had a great time. The play areas are good and the caravans are clean and comfortable.
Brilliant park. Courtesy bus was a nice touch. Pool was lovely and warm! Good to see lots of lifeguards patrolling too!
Fish and chip shop was excellent.
Only draw backs are smugglers bar very expensive! Embassy bar is very small and quite a lot of reserved places for owners, so us non owners were all sat within arms reach of strangers!!
Bar prices a bit high but apart from that small disappointment a very nice pleasant stay. Great pool complex. Extreemely clean.Staff and customer services faultless ie. some mindless individual dropped a take-away bag outside our van and I phoned reception-within 15 mins it had been cleared up.
A lovely holiday, loved the swimming pool especially the lazy river! The entertainment was fantastic, not always enough seats bit we didn't mind as we would go to the other bar which was nice, overall a nice time had by all :-)
I fantastic holiday park, with enthusiastic and helpful staff, and great facilities. The only real downside was the location for us, as its difficult to get out and about given Selsey's geographic location, and its not as picturesque an area as other parts of the UK coastline. However, perfect holiday park if your more inclined to stay on the park and enjoy its facilities.
We went the week before the children break up from school and the park was dead - lovely!
