Nice clean park. We went in October and fortunately had great weather to the time of year. Great choice of accommodation around the park for all budgets and tastes. The kids loved foe surrounding forests and nature activities that took place there. We stayed in s prestige caravan which was lovely and modern and had an en suite w.c in the main bedroom. Corridor between room is extremely narrow, so had to be very, very careful opening doors, especially with young kids around. Another negative is the very small fridge and tiny freezer box-there is plenty of space for a full sized fridge freezer in these larger caravans! Something else we really missed was a carpet or even a large rug in the living room area to make it cosy as it felt a little bare and spare with just the laminate flooring which itself was nice. Overall a great holiday and accommodation and will definitely go back.

We enjoyed our break at the wild duck holiday park. A nice setting with lots to do within a few miles. Caravan adequately equipped although the boiler did break a couple of times. Staff came out to repair immediately. Soft furnishings and sofas etc were a little tired looking, but nothing to put us off ever returning again.

Fab, absolutely loved it and have booked to return in September 2016! Bringing family with us next year. They will love it!
Brilliant Venue, ideal for our holiday with a Toddler. We went out of season so missed some of the entertainment.
Facilities were fantastic, swimming pool needed a good clean, and the lifeguard would not let the children play with any of the toys at the side (if they can't then put them out of site)
We eat in the restaurant one night it was good value and tasty. We had a breakfast, that had obviously by the speed that they brought it out been re heated.
Our caravan - Pine Lodges - were excellent, well equipped (could have had patio furniture on the balcony) - the cleaner did come on check out day at 10.08am, I believe that they could have just given us a bit more of chance to get out (8 minutes was not long).

Although it's doubtful that we would go again, I can understand the attraction for families. There were plenty of activities and our grandchildren mostly enjoyed their stay. I did find that the 'water zorbing' or whatever it was called was definitely NOT value for money - £8 per child for a bare 5 minutes of time is far too expensive. The park itself was a little difficult to find in the first instance, and I must say the people in the village must find it a great inconvenience to have a constant stream of traffic through an area not designed for heavy traffic. I think if we were to holiday in a caravan again it would be on the coast.

A lovely park with really friendly, helpful staff. Everywhere was clean and looked after. Even had the "park ranger" offering to walk us to the car with an umbrella when it was pouring down on our the day we left. Only pay-off for the woodland surroundings was the amount of bugs - take lots of creams/potions.
We stayed in a prestige2 which was very clean and modern but for the price there were things that I think should be in the caravan like bins in the bathrooms and toilet brushes also some kind of blind or net curtain for abit more privacy, which I did mention to the reception staff along with the fact that the water pressure in kitchen sink which was totally inadequate it was a very small trickle, and unfortunately was not resolved on our visit.

Love Wild Duck holiday park. Beautiful surroundings and spotlessly clean caravans. Facilities excellent, especially kids entertainment. Can't fault it and we will no doubt return for a third visit!

This holiday park is very good. Great indoor and outdoor pool. Activities available to buy into but you have to very quick to sign up - although they do put extra ones on. Food was good in the restaurant as were the fish and chips!! Only there for a long week-end so did not get to the entertainment this time - however that looked fun. Will visit again.

Nice park with great facilities. Lovely caravan and we were in quiet area of park so we were very happy, so much we booked an extra night whilst we were there.
Only thing I didn't like was the park was full of young children and entertainment was great but bingo was on in between go live and show and it's hard to keep young kids quiet during bingo so we missed the shows. Other sites we have been to during term time did bingo before the kids entertainment so the kids go to do go live and watch show.
