the holiday itself was excellent
Stunning location. 10 minutes from Drumnadrochit. Road leading to lodges is very narrow and quite steel would not like to take it on in the winter. Lots of walks around perfect for dogs.
Great base if you like doing a lot of walking with your dog's staff don't bother you nothing was to much trouble made you feel welcome only thing I would suggest for people with dogs is putting a gate on the porch so the visitors can sit outside without having to leave the dogs inside
Perfect location for sightseeing. Grounds got a bit boggy when it rained. Lovely pubs in Drum serving meals.
Ideal setting for a peaceful relaxing holiday and the dogs enjoyed it too!!
Had a lovely time. Dogs loved it. Stairs were a bit steep going into lodge but apart from that we couldn't fault it. Would def go back.
Appalling lodge...desperately in need of upgrading..dirty, smelly, and mouldy.
No views just the tops of trees, outside lights don't work , pitch black at night.
Reception ... Few hours a week..very poor
These lodges are in a very secluded location that allows for a peaceful stay. Water was an issue but all very well explained on arrival.
Beautiful surroundings, lots of walks & dog friendly too. Too far from drumnadrochit to walk.
What a location
The lodges are basic, which is fine. However they are in need of refurb.
after a hard couple off years it was ideal if lookin for quiet out off the way.( just wot we were looking for) planing or next one soon
Beautiful location - remote and quiet. Off the beaten track but handy for exploring Inverness, the Cairngorms, Skye and all places in-between!
There was 4 people staying, therefore good value for money as I could not find any othe accomodation at this time for the price I paid.
