A warm cosy lodge in a beautifully landscaped park. We did have some minor issues - such as finding the lodge from the site map, which was quite inaccurate - and the insistence on providing a credit card number on arriva outsidel in the dark and cold, when we could have sorted it out next morning in the office. However the stay itself was perfect.
Can't emphasise enough how helpful, approachable and nice all the staff where. Nothing was too much for them.
My wife and I both enjoy lodge holidays in peaceful surroundings and Blairgowrie fits the bill perfectly for us. There is also plenty to do in the area within short driving distances, and lovely walking areas in the immediate vicinity as well. We both like the town of Blairgowrie very much, and we always make sure to visit both it and Perth when we are there. We have been to this park on numerous occasions now and it is still our first choice for a holiday destination.
Cabin couldn't be faulted good location clean and tidy hot tub was awesome and well looked after by staff through out our stay will definetley be back
Holiday was great with the girls to celebrate my 30th Birthday. Although neighbours had complained about being 8 of us when there was only 7 of us with one of the girls going back home to Perth early hours in the morning after our night out. Also advised that we were smoking in lodge which was untrue as we were outside. Very poor lighting in area very dark.
Lovely place to stay, very peaceful and quiet.
You need a car if you want to explore the surrounding area
Freezer/fridge wasn't switched on for us arriving, this then took ages to reach desired temperature
My biggest issue was the WIFI, not powerful enough and can only be used by one person. No good for todays technology
A good central point from which to visit the sights locally and further away. A number of restaurants within walking distance in town to suit different budgets, Little's is very good but pricy.
Generally very pleased with holiday park and it's offerings. Would prefer earlier check in and/or later check out.
Our lodge was lovely, the setting was great and the staff extremely helpful when we asked about places to take photos and walk dogs
One of the best cabins we have had - clean, spacious, nice extras and a cover over the hot tub so even if it rained you could sit out in it!
