All you need to do is provide us with proof of the lower price you have been quoted by giving us evidence (including the telephone number or the details of the website where the price can be confirmed). We reserve the right to reject claims if reasonable proof is not available or if the holiday accommodation is not the same. The lowest price must be available on the day that you make your booking. We had a great five days at golden coast. Plenty to do for all ages, entertainment team were fab and other staff were very helpful. The store was well equipped for all the bits and pieces we forgot and reasonable prices too. We would definitely stay here again! :-)
Very good. Plenty to do.
Not walking distance to the beach.
Had to pay for activities on top of the cost of the holiday.
thus is a lovely site with lots of amenities but a little disappointing that a lot of the children's activities came with an additional charge. A little refurbishment is needed to the lodges. Overall a lovely hokiday
Great place. Enjoyed our holiday. On site shop was a bonus.
we found most of the activities expensive my grandchildren wanted to go on everything and this proved to be an expensive week. The accommodation was not really up to the standard I expected and the inconsistencies between the two lodges with the furniture was not good as for accommodating 8 people no way.The bathrooms were a little dirty and tatty. The good thing about the holiday was we were having a lovely family holiday, we do not have much chance to do this.
We all had a lovely time .. There was something that suited all my film wasost impressed with the facilities you had to offer something to do all day long even in the rain .
We all had a lovely holiday
It was well laid out and met all ours families needs.
Excepting wifi which we were disappointed in the fact there was none
The on site shop prices were very good and not expensive.
The onsite restaurant (The Mill) was disappointing. The food was hard, dry and they ran out of food whilst we were queueing to get our roast dinner which we had already paid for. The cook also had very dirty overalls on and the floor and surfaces where the carvery was, was dirty.
The food and drinks served in the entertainment hall were very expensive and we had to wait nearly an hour for the food after we had paid for it.
To get value for money you should buy from the shop and cook for yourself or eat out.
The location of our cottage was good and we were not far from the parking areas.
Most staff were really helpful. However if you are chasing them for a food order, then they are not interested.
probably the best holiday park stayed in.
We had a great time. The standard was high and the staff were very helpful. The shuttle to the beach a great idea. The only thing that was disappointing was if we wanted to sit outside the lodge we were on the road and felt exposed
Bad WIFI connection!!!
Stayed here a couple of weeks ago with my 11 month old daughter, my partner and his two children aged 10 and 12. Lots to do on site which was good on the days when it was a bit wet.
My partner and step children went on the Flowrider wave and enjoyed it and we used the indoor and outdoor pools.
Indoor pool could do with more changing rooms as was a bit of a queue to use them but otherwise a nice pool.
Kids loved the arcades as well! Shop on site was also a hit with the kids as well and did some reasonably priced basics to help you cook an evening meal if you didn't fancy the bar/restaurant on site.
Onsite food was good though but quite expensive, couldn't afford to eat on site every night so we cooked most meals.
We felt that the beds were uncomfortable, the lounge furniture also uncomfortable. Outside area had no view and no comfortable outside seating. Wifi was poor and generally unavailable. The kitchen pots and pans were dirty and not non-stick. Alcoholic drinks were expensive. The shower was lookwarm. We ended our holiday 3 days early
No problems - nice site helpful friendly staff! Would come again!
