All you need to do is provide us with proof of the lower price you have been quoted by giving us evidence (including the telephone number or the details of the website where the price can be confirmed). Mattresses need upgrading!! The giant rat we saw outside was canny scary. Apart from this it's a lovely place.
Very basic, not enough kitchen China etc, had to wash up rather than use dishwasher due to lack of all cutlery no egg cups no frying pan for us to make pancakes for our granddaughter. Having stayed at Finland recently this was a real disappointment. Bedding not comfortable, prefer 100% cotton which is usual for the amount we paid.
These are beautiful first class lodges , however there isn't anything on site for children and the noise levels are to be kept at a minimum at all times which is lovely if that's what you go on holiday for, however I simply didn't realise this and booked to go with children which was my own fault for not reading the description. The staff couldn't be more helpful or friendly and nothing is too much trouble so would definitely recommended adults or older families to stay here.
Visited Mon- Fri and despite arriving early were warmly welcomed and advised our lodge would be ready for us at 2pm instead of the usual 4pm. Paul and Madge the owners were friendly, helpful and lovely throughout.
The lodge was faultless. Very large, very clean, very well decorated. Loads of storage space in all bedrooms and 2 general use cupboards in the hallway as well. Well equipped kitchen with full size fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher and oven. Washing up liquid supplied but no dishwasher tablet and no "welcome tray" for a cuppa on arrival but seeing as there is a Tesco 3 minutes away this wasn't really a problem. (Tip - I did a click & collect order at Tesco but I'm told they deliver to the lodges as well)
Beds were comfy with lovely crisp white bedding and plenty of towels. The master bedroom had a huge walk-in wardrobe which you walk through to get to the en-suite, and I was delighted with the lovely dressing table and stool next to a power socket and mirror, perfect for us girls who love to do our hair and make up!! Would have liked a TV in the master bedroom though.
The hot tub was probably the best I've ever been in, and Paul comes round twice a day to check it
No noisy clubhouse or pool onsite so it's nice and quiet but there is a pub next door, The Oystercatcher, which was closed for refurbishment when we arrived but opened on the Wednesday, we went for an evening meal and it was fantastic (tip - if you're going to eat there, Google the Gourmet club, sign up for a 3 month trial which will cost you £1 and you will get 25% off your total food & drinks bill)
All in all we had a wonderful stay and are looking forward to revisiting again very soon.
We had a nice time in Jaybelle Grange lodges, but it had been nicer if we could use the dishwasher.
There was a dishwasher but there were not enough dishes, cups and cutlary.
Nice park, on a busy road.
The lodge was very clean and tidy. An unexpected bonus was the free wi-fi.
The site and the Lodge were excellent, spotlessly clean and every amenity provided. The staff helpful and friendly. The hot tub up to temperature and ready for use.
This s the second time we've stayed at Jaybelle Lodge and can highly recommend it. It has every facility for a comfortable stay, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. It's central location makes it easy for exploring the surrounding area. We hope to make a return visit next year.
The lodge we stayed in was probably one of the best accommodations we have stayed in for years. It was extremely spacious and exceptionally clean. We could not have asked for more. The site was also well kept and the on site staff very friendly. The only downside is some noise from the nearby main road. We made use of the pub just outside the main gates of the site which served up some very good meals.
The property was smart, modern, well-equipped and very clean.
Paul and Madge were very welcoming and responded instantly when we mentioned that a light bulb had failed.
The site location was very convenient for our day trips around Sussex and Kent. The river and seafront at Littlehampton were very pleasant. Although there is road nearby it was not unduly noisy. We enjoyed a relaxing holiday.
There is a Morrisons supermarket within easy reach.
Exceptionally clean and well equipped. If you have blood pressure, just check with your Dr before booking a lodge with hot tub as recommended in the info in the lodge.
