Quiet and relaxing
Had a great holiday everyone very helpful and friendly lovely location.
We had a lovely time , the staff were great , very friendly and run tghe whole set up very well. The location is lovely and the appartments were great , very clean and well set out. The maintance staff were great attended our plumbing issue stright away and were cheerful and helpful. Our only negative feedback is with regards to the condition of our hot tub, it was quite shabby , the notrs did not work on full power and the lights did not work - Feel that money needs to be invested in the hot tubs in order for us to consider staying again. A real shame but the hot tub was one of the deciding factors of our booking.
I would still recommend to my friends and family though if the hot tub was not important to them ;) Thanks again for a lovley stay.
Amazing I love it there
Nice location and convenient for us as near family, just the quality of the apartment fittings let it down. we stayed in Mallard 5 the accommodation layout, size and style was very good it was a shame the interior fixtures and fittings let it down.
We had a wonderful christmas break , this is the third time we have stayed here and we will be returning , Cheryl and the staff make you feel very welcome and nothing is too much trouble .
The apartments are a fantastic standard and have everything you need for a family holiday .
great location to visit surronding beaches with our dog.
Norfolk is very dog friendly.
They are allowed in most bars ,cafe.
A bit out the way and it should state in advert that you are unable to get a mobile phone signal
Lovely place the drive from the main road had rather a lot of pot holes.
First night hot tub not up to heat but you are advised of this. Great value for money with friendly helpful staff. Good base for going out
A lovely relaxing break. Lovely surroundings and lots of things to do and see near by.
absolutly fab really well decorated and very clean.
Excellent location, very private. Felt safe for the children to play as there is a fence before the lake.
Restaurant wasn't open on the Sunday evening which was a shame as we had to go back out to find somewhere to eat.
Perfect getting away in a peaceful environment with the use of a wonderful hot tub.
Beautiful surroundings, but the apartments need a good clean and some TLC.
