Excellent campsite really quiet and well maintained.
Small clean site. We hired a lodge and friends had a caravan, both good condition and well equipt. Some lovely additional touches like dried flowers, nice duvet covers etc.
buxton its self is nice
30-40 mins from alton towers.
Very pleasant! Buxton has it all and the surrounding countryside is stunning. We were blessed by beautiful weather too. Stayed in Corbar apartment which is spacious if a little dark and gloomy on the ground floor. There is wi-fi access in the site games room which is a great advantage if you have teenagers!
I only wish I could say ten out out of ten for everything, because lime tree park is a beautiful park, but there is nothing to do on the park itself, but nearby Buxton has quite a lot to offer, overall I enjoyed my stay, the lodge we stayed in was very cosy and comfortable,i would go again, although it is not cheap,it is worth a visit.
Very relaxing. Comfortable accomodation.
Pleasant surroundings and staff helpful - perhaps over-helpful!
