There was still rubbish from the previous occupants in the bin and on the floor under our bed but other than that we found it to be a nice enough caravan for what we needed.

The Caravan was of a high standard, our central heating went of during the night and the repair guy was straight around to resolve the issue.

Had a great holiday here. Really clean site. Bus stops at the top of the park which was alway popular. The hides on the mere was lovely and a nice walk. Shop with reasonable prices. Lovely place
excellent ..great modern place,,, shame the slide was not open..and the out door wet area,,until late,,when every one is out..but would come again
Great entertainment and facilities. Caravan was good.

Only comment I would make the caravan we had had plenty of space in the main part but the hall was too narrow to let two people pass and double bedroom was rather small to the extent getting round the bed was difficult and trying to access the wardrobe was awkward...had been there before and will go back but will look for better caravan
We really enjoyed our stay, the reception staff were very helpful. We were however not very impressed by the staff in the boat house restaurant, we waited forever to be seated and in the end sat down ourselves. This resulted in no staff taking our order. It seemed chaos and others were complaining too, therefore we left and ate elsewhere. This was the only bad point the rest was great.

Fantastic holiday with lots of fun and entertainment had things to do at all times
The food at the boat house was lovely and good value for money and all staff were friendly and helpful 2nd year at Marton Mere and thinking of going again for a 3rd would recommend took a friend this year who enjoyed every minute
We enjoyed ourselves but didn't go to any of the entertainment shows so no real comment on those. Lovely location, nice enough caravan, reasonable price overall we enjoyed ourselves and would consider returning.
This is not a holiday park for children over 10 years as the facilities on offer are aimed at younger kids.
Teen club is only open for one hour on a Saturday and was of no interest to my 13 year old. pool is mostly aimed at young children learning to swim and ice rink is tiny
Paid for a supposedly deluxe caravan - it was shocking ! It was placed near some sheds far away from the complex, it was dirty, missing bedding, grill pan, seating, cutlery and when using the plates we found two dirty ones in the middle of the stack. We complained and while we were out someone dumped a pile of new plates and cutlery on the side ! Don't bother trying to get a seat for evening entertainment unless you're willing to sit there from 5:30pm. Ignore the pool slide opening times this appears to be at the life guard's discretion and while we were there the pool was shut twice because someone had used it as a toilet ( not the site's. fault, obviously, but certainly put us off the pool) On the plus the staff were great and there's lots to do (if the weather is good and you have lots of money to pay for all the activities) just not worth the money !
