One of the biggest two bedroom lodges we have ever seen. The big veranda over most of the outside deck was a great feature.

I found the bed rather uncomfortable, slightly on the hard side for me, and the hot tub wasn't as hot as I liked it, and there was no way to change the temperature, which would've made it perfect, the lodge was very clean and well equipped, I would recommend you take bigger towels with you as the ones provided aren't that big, and some of the plates need changing as they have cracks or chips in them, which when put in the microwave makes them come out really hot. Apart from those minor things our holiday was perfect.

Just a thought I think the sofas need replacing as they seem well worn...every else in the lodge was splendid.

just the fact that there is no wifi lets this lodge down a little but the hot tub is a wonderful bonus.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the lodge, the hot tub is a lovely touch and we enjoyed no time frames and enjoying life at a leisurely pace! The hot tub was a perfect touch in doing this! The value for money was brilliant, we were in a slice of heaven for 5 days. The only things we would mention are the lack of wifi and the showers could be a bit more powerful. We will definitely be going back and taking friends with us!

Really nice place. Quiet and relaxing. The owners were very welcoming and friendly. The lodges are lovely, kitted out with everything you need. The hot tubs are amazing! Diss is only a few minutes drive away and has everything you need. If you go to Norwich take the train its only about 15 mins. We came in half term and found it to be great value for money. Would love to come back in the summer and enjoy a bbq on the huge verander. All in all a really great place and a fantastic time had by all.

Simply wonderful accommodation on a working farm!
Great area to explore.
Had it all, from culture, i.e. Edith Cavell's tomb and Norwich Cathedral, Norwich Castle and Museum, Bury St Edmunds Abby Gardens and Cathederal, with the new tower, only resently completed.
To fun at the Dads Army Museum and steam engine museum at Breesingham.
Great places to eat and just a treat for lovers of Real Ales.

This was our second stay and already booked again for next year. Paul & Jill so helpful and friendly, beautiful lodge, quiet place but close to local shops, takeaways and so much to do. Highly recommend Oak Farm Lodge and can see it being somewhere we will continue to visit for years to come.
