The lodge was tired and a bit tatty. Our neighbours parked 4 cars outside their lodge and had loads of extra visitors to join in their late night parties that kept us awake. Nothing was done despite us reporting our problems many times.

It was like a ghost town or half open? The new years eve entertainment was outrageously expensive nearly £400 for our group so we all 10 of us stayed in our log cabins and had our own celebrations ! Go active ?? Didn't know anything was going on everything looked shut??? All the time ? We went off site most of the time for food , drinks , shopping, entertainment the only thing we used was the pool twice, the food in the blues bar was disgusting! The kids disco was ok but lacked atmosphere from staff who looked bored ?

Best thing about this holiday was the GO active instructors, particularly Steve. they were friendly, patience and went above and beyond to ensure my kids had a great time. Steve's patience in getting our daughter Belle off stabilisers was fantastic. we are unendingly grateful!

Very nice few days away, one of the best things was that we had such a nice cabin to stay in with our dog, including a hot tub. Often we have been given rubbish accommodation at other parks that take dogs, here we did not feel penalized for having one. Very comfortable with everything one needed. I understands towels will be add as from 2015 , this is good as there is nothing worse than taking wet towels home with you on the day you leave and they take up so much room when traveling. Our only negative is that we spent a long time trying to light the oven which had electric temperature settings on the dial, but did not heat up. After a call to reception a very nice guy turned up and turned it on with no trouble which made us feel daft, as it turned out to be gas.Had there been an instruction leaflet on that and other appliances it would have been useful. We will stay again and would recommend it to others. We really enjoyed our stay. Also the lifeguards were very helpful when I wanted to use the Sauna and it was closed due to broken setting, he sorted it out for me and I was able to use it. Thought the electric charge of £7.50 a night rather high.

I was pleasantly surprised how clean and spacious my lodge was. It was fully equipped, The beds are comfortable, showers were powerful. overall very nice. We will be coming back. Recommended to all.

Due to unforeseen circumstances we were unable to use all the facilities so cannot comment on these, but overall very pleasant.

The lodge was lovely. We first asked for a high chair which never came after I had already paid for it, i asked someone in a van if they could help and she came back with one. following day i asked for new bedding as my daughter had an accident in one. this never came either. wet bedding was in a heap. in the evening i went back to the reception and housekeeping had already left for the day. so not very impressed with the service.

We had an amazing time in a beautiful location.
