A mattress on double bed not very comfortable. Slopes into middle. Pillows very hard. However this would not stop us staying there.

Caravan as expected - no frills, plenty of bedding and heating worked. Dodgy shower fitting -reported to site staff on leaving.

The caravan was welcoming and appeared clean and tidy. The beds were not the comfiest and we did have lots of flies in the window ledge (fly spray supplied in cupboard). We stayed in October and the heating was poor as it was very cold inside. The caravan supplied us with everything we needed and more especially in the kitchen. Great value for money. we'll next visit when it is warmer :)

The eagle was a nice clean caravan and suitable for just me and my husband.

The beds were very uncomfortable, with springs that go boing in the night.
adequate kitchen items, freezer compartment very small.
gas fire kept turning itself out.

We stayed in the Eagle and loved it! It was very clean, well positioned and one of the most spacious caravans we've stayed in. We were thinking of booking a log cabin but the Eagle was perfect for our long weekend.

Superb, did not want to leave
Confirmed guest, 2015-08-15
lovely place central to everywhere
needed acommadation that took dogs, caravan was alright really, what we expected letting dogs stay, we do prefer the log cabins tho with the hot-tubs, the caravan was a bit dated but clean and the bed was comfy.

Nice and clean

Nice enough caravan for a short break & fine for price paid. Could do with a little TLC though to make better. Was obviously a pet friendly caravan as had a few carpet stains & odour. But nothing major.

We are not sure that we stayed in a Eagle caravan, but whatever one we stayed in was certainly value for money. The quiet surroundings suited us just fine . If a similar offer appears again we would certainly go back. Many thanks Carol &Clive

The bed was typically a double and felt quite small after our own at home, which is a king, and the pillows were a little uncomfortable. Great to have sheets and duvets provided though, which meant not having to pack these too.

We have stayed at Penrhos on a few occasions and cannot fault the self catering accomodation. The lodge was lovely and cozy. We will be looking forward to a return stay soon.

Wonder holiday park for the family, we've visited many times and never been disappointed, the leisure facilities are fab
Friendly club house, pool and spa facilities ok, kids playground basic. Great site for spotting Red Kites and good location for exploring the surrounding area.
A lovely, peaceful holiday park in beautiful surroundings. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our caravan was comfortable, spacious and well equipped. Facilities included a small leisure club on site which we made use of and found to be clean and well maintained
Location is quiet not many facilities to visit on foot need a car to get about with a young family as steep gradients as leave park.
Facilities are very tired and in need of a make over!!
If you are not of the golfing inclination then perhaps site not for you.

Lodges very well-equipped and comfortable and hot tub great. The food in the restaurant was excellent. Changing rooms could do with an update. Overall a decent place to stay.
Lovely setting, nice and quiet area. No signal on mobile phone at all until you reach the main road. Nice club.

It was a special holiday for a birthday so we spent more than we usually do. The chalet was lovely ,surroundings fantastic, great facilities and staff pleasant and efficient. We also took golf lessons which was great.
Confirmed guest, 2015-10-23
Great location, lovely food in the Club House, gym old equipment but quite adequate, pool good, men's changing room quite dated.
Confirmed guest, 2015-10-10
The lodge that we stayed in was fantastic, the only criticism being that we felt that the hot tub should have been sheltered more from public viewing; maybe have plant trellis so that anyone walking/driving past could not see us enjoying the tub. The lodge was extremely clean and well kept, the meals served in the club house were lovely and staff very helpful.

Facilities were dirty and very dissapointing.

We loved every minute.
Excellent views to wake up to each day. The park was so peaceful. For golf enthusiasts it couldn't get much better. They have an 18 hole course you can use.
The swimming pool, sauna and steam room were our favourite relaxation zones.
The clubhouse is a sports bar and the food they serve is not only good quality but excellent value too.
We did go out of season (October) and as such there was not much for children other than a small play area (bonus for us though).
Only one thing I would suggest is that you take a good touch as lighting around the park at night is not very good and for children I'd consider it quite dangerous.
Great place to stay as a place to sleep and then tour around Wales. we stayed 4 nights and didn't use the facilities such as the gym or pub. the location of our caravan was close to the car park so was noisy from cars leaving late at night and all incomers and leavers. other than the car park it was generally peaceful and quiet. Great that the park welcomes dogs :)

A nature lovers’ paradise, with fabulous beaches and spectacular coastal scenery, the long sweep of Cardigan Bay is the ultimate attraction for anyone staying at our holiday parks in Ceredigion. Bottlenose dolphins, the Bay’s most notable residents, are regularly sighted offshore. Take a wildlife boat trip from New Quay and you’ll almost certainly spot grey seals and porpoises as well – an unforgettable highlight of caravan holidays in Ceredigion. With Red kites soaring above and glorious views at every turn, walkers and bird watchers staying at our holiday parks in Ceredigion will be drawn to the coastal path, but there are charming seaside towns to explore too. Aberystwyth is a place of proud records. Not only does it boast a fine Victorian promenade and the longest cliff railway in the world, but also, at its summit, the world’s largest camera obscura. While here, be sure to take a scenic ride on the Rheidol narrow gauge steam railway to Devil’s Bridge and you’ll find the famous Mynach Falls and Jacob’s Ladder within walking distance. Aberaeron’s Georgian harbour and gaily painted houses are a delight and Cardigan is home to a superb indoor market for local produce and crafts.
