Very enjoyable holiday. Quiet and secluded position down narrow country roads. A good pair of walking shoes required or else a car.
Really nice mini break away. Bungalow was basic but still nice. Hot tub was good couple of jets not working, well used but nice touch. Would stay here again, would upgrade to wooden lodge.
Staff very helpful. Thank you
Lovely location, bungalow small for 4 people. Quite a distance to walk from car park to bungalow but luckily we was allowed to park closer as the park wasn't full. The hot tub was nice but we felt it was a little old and tired as some of the jets didn't work or werent powerful. The bungalow was well equipped and the kitchen had a good range of utensils. The staff were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them. Would definitely go back to the same location, but would opt for a newer more luxurious lodge next time.
It was the second time we have stayed in this location at Leycroft Valley but first time in a bungalow. The accommodation was adequate although the bathroom was in need of updating, it was clean though and had character. The hot tub did break down a number of times though which was a bit of hassle and only two jets worked so not many bubbles! The area is lovely, just a bit too far out of the way as there was no taxis from Perranporth to take us back from the beach and had to walk with a small child in the dark, not so good really. I think they should make it clearer that transport is an issue out of season. We would stay again but in one of the newer lodges and in the season when there are taxis. The staff were lovely though.
Fantastic break with the family.
I cannot comment on the facilities as there was only an on site restaurant which we did not use.
More a couples retreat rather than a family holiday, good location though and spotlessly clean.but if you have a young family caravan park would be better as when there is no pool facilities or shop on site it does become a little inconvenient.
Great holiday, very quiet and restful
