We were a little disappointed with the accommodation. The sofas were not ideal to relax on, and the main bed fitted into the room with about a foot either side and felt smaller than a normal double bed. The fittings, furniture and equipment felt cheap. The corkscrew failed to open a bottle of wine. The toaster did not fully take a slice of regular bread. We left early as the comfort level was just not acceptable for us.
The location was fantastic being a stones throw from the beach and with the wide open green immediately in front afforded lovely surroundings and a pleasant view.
Have used this park before and will use it again nice and peaceful
We stayed in no.45, very basic furnishings and sofas uncomfortable, hard to keep warm in the winter months, shower room very slippy, tiny TV and no DVD player, wifi very sporadic
Great area and park and very close to the sea, very dog friendly, would stay again but would see about a better level of chalet or rent privately
It was an enjoyable weekend, although when we arrived we did have to wash all the floors down as they were dirty, clean the tables down as they were all sticky and dirty we also so had to wash cutlery again, and there's a notice on the wall near the bedrooms 'please do not allow dogs on the bed' but there were dog hairs all in the bed linen and the dvd player didn't work properly! I would return if the cleaning standard improved as the chalet was a good size and was well equipped!
The nicest quietness place I've ever stayed. Would recommend to anyone.
A lovely site in a beautiful setting overlooking the sea.
Promotional photographs a little misleading... I may have misread the details, but we appear to have booked into a dog owners oasis.
When we arrived we had an excellent greeting and loved the area
we stayed over Christmas no need to use car park up and enjoy
access road awfull
The lane to get to the park is so severely damaged by potholes that it not only makes driving unsafe, but walking on the surface with a pushchair or with someone elderly would be dangerous to.
It was a very relaxing holiday home. It was November when we went and the bungalow was warm and cosy with all the possible things you could want on winters break. We took our 2 dogs who had lovely walks on the very beautiful beach we were the only ones on the section we were on as it is private. Would strongly recommend and would definitely go again.
Very enjoyable, I had not been to Bacton for around 20 years & still loved it.
It's jusr what we wanted nice and peaceful & very relaxing. The dogs also enjoyed there selves.
