Steeped in lore and legend, and inspiration for the novels of D H Lawrence, the landscape surrounding our holiday lodges in Nottinghamshire is the peaceful backdrop to delightful market towns like Newark and Southwell, as well as great houses and gardens, such as Newstead Abbey, family home of the poet Byron.

Here you can enjoy excellent shopping and entertainment in a lively, modern city whose fascinating historic attractions are very popular with visitors.
