Staff could be more friendly. Also be prepared for the £50 card hold on arrival along with an electric bill when you leave. When we arrived heating on full which was great but must have been like that since the 10am checkout from the previous guest as that's when the staff read the meters. We didn't get in until 5pm therefore a day of heating a chalet for 7 hours on full. Bit cheeky, the meter reading should be taken when you check In. Apart from that great chalet and great holiday.

Price of some activities are on high side. Swimming pool is free as is the golf on 9 hole course.

My overall rating is only 8 out of 10 because the evening entertainment at the resort/park was terrible. As a large extended family/party of 10 with age ranges from 3 years to 85 years we needed something based at the resort and not within Aviemore which tended to be the case. However, the accommodation more than made up for this it was first class, comfortable beds and living space.
The 9 hole golf course was in poor condition.
The parc is in a lovely setting with great views. The accommodation was basic but clean and comfortable.

we were actually in a Patio apt and it was like a 5 star hotel everything was gleaming and spotless couldn't ask for anything better .
