LOVELY LODGE, LOVELY LADY ON ARRIVAL, WELL KEPT GROUNDS BUT LACK OF SIGNAGE FOR NEW VISITORS. ALSO FOUND THE CLUBHOUSE, ADVERTISE IN THE BROCHURE AS ALL FACILITIES AVAILABLE FOR ALL DATES ACTUALLY CLOSED AT 7 PM ONLY FULLY OPENING AT WEEKENDS, AS WE INTENDED TO USE THIS FACILITY EACH EVENING IT WAS EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING.
WE HAD THE SAME PROBLEM LAST YEAR IN A DIFFERENT LODGE AND HAD TO RE BOOK ANOTHER ACCOMODATION WHICH INCURRED AN EXTRA COST TO OURSELVES.
Lovely accommodation in beautiful setting. Everything we needed. Will be back again. Thank you.
Great location. Lodge was clean and modern. The only drawback was it was advertised as having free WiFi and there was none for the whole of our stay. I did mention this to the staff and I was informed that they were having problems with it.
An ideal location for relaxing. Clean and comfortable lodges make for a stress free stay. Just relax as soon as you get there. Did not have time to use the pool or club house, but both looked good.
Fantastic 3 night stay in beautiful location.
accommodation was sheer luxury and we will be coming back
Lovely site and accommodation. Very very clean. Staff very helpful. Pool was very clean and warm. Nice site with great views.
The clubhouse was only open 10-3.30 and no snacks or food available on site and closed at night. Nothing for family's to do a part from swimming .
Would suit couples but not really for family's
The WiFi in lodges is poor at best but works in clubhouse which would be fine if it was open!
All other lodges were owners who stay all year round mainly people who have retired.
Lovely peaceful break but not enough to keep family's occupied and building work still in progress opposite where the lodges for holiday makers are.
What an amazing holiday! I rented 3 lodges for a family reunion and all were so pleased with the luxurious lodges: my American daughter-in-law said that the swimming pool was the icing on the cake. All my children used the pool and the aqua centre. We enjoyed Stratford on Avon and Warwick Castle.
The lodges were excellently proportioned and set by a tranquil lake where fishermen caught big carp. The double bedroom in one lodge had enough room for a travel cot, although the second bedroom was a little snug but adequate. Every evening 13 of us congregated in the centre lodge of our three lodges - there was enough room. The dishwasher, washing machine and full size cooker and microwave were great. I'd love to retire there.
We had a recent midweek break at The Springs - our lodge felt spacious and luxurious and overlooked a lake; the park was very peaceful and well maintained. As we went out of season, we had the pool to ourselves every morning, which was an added bonus. The staff were friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. Great location for visiting Evesham, Worcester and the Malvern hills. Only wish we'd booked a full week...
Lovely clean lodge/van with excellent view to front. Some building excavation work going on at rear round new lake so few lorries but not intrusive. Only a few rental lodges rest on site mainly private. Facilities limited as low season so could only use pool till 1530 and no draught beer in bar. Wi-fi in lodge v poor but good in main reception area. Enjoyed area walking the malverns, great malvern, pershore, evesham all close.
very enjoyable short break, accommodation excellent. only disappointment was not being able to use the swimming pool due to a lone swimmer rule although a :buddy system is in place: as a qualified life saver and instructor the rule seems rather inflexible.
Lovely break. Lovely accommodation, lovely staff, gorgeous swimming pool with spotlessly clean changing rooms etc and extremely hard working helpful staff (same one whole weekend). Could only have been improved by on-site shop and some more communal lighting. We arrived at night and it was very difficult to see where we were supposed to be going and to find the right lodge and then how to get in.
