Great views Pleasant location Good accommodation
Clean,quiet Site in pleasant,convenient location.
Chalet had to much furniture in a small space and very uncomfortable
Its difficult to comment on staff and facilities as we went out of season. We definitely have no complaints
A well situated pleasant holiday park. Being a fairly small site, it was fairly quiet and peaceful.
Lovely young lady on reception, she couldnot do enough! Older lady on reception was rude and unprofessional! Older man in bar of but could work on his people skills! Lovely views and very clean site! Didn't get chance to try the pool but looked clean and warm! Shame u can't park nearer to accommodation! Overall brilliant stay!
We have visited many times and will continue to do so.
lovely clean accommodation, would benefit from a vacuum cleaner.
we had 2 collie dogs and their fur will vacuum up easier than trying to sweep or mop
Love this location on the cliff top over looking the sea.
Have stayed at Waterside Park lots of times and have never been disappointed.
We only used this place as a "stop off" point. As it was a Christmas period there were no entertainment (which was a shame)
Great place! Good location! a lovely relaxing break.
Can't comment on 2 & 3 as we didn't use the facilities and we didn't meet a single member of staff during our stay. It was a pity that there was nowhere on site where I could take my dog off the lead because it was obviously a very dog friendly place. There weren't many dog poop bins either! Loved the fountain when it was lit up at night!
Mattress was stained and u comfy, slept on top off quilt as could not
Sleep on dirty mattress,
Villa could have been cleaner smelt of pets!
Grounds had its if dog poo everywhere!
Club house food was lovely, staff in club house was really good. Not
Much entertainment, just 1 night and that was not very good!
Disappointed at lack of beach. I appreciated there is no direct access to a beach, as stated on your website, but was unaware that no beach existed.
Also disappointed with houses 'crowding' each other, can imagine this could prove intrusive in the peak season.
+ points were: all facilities in house worked; the location was fairly central for exploring S Norfolk & E Suffolk; swimming pool was brilliant - covered & clean; dog friendly accommodation & site
Not the best of holidays, upon arrival to book in the receptionist did not acknowledge us, she just kept her head down and carried on with what she was doing and we had to wait for her. When we had booked in we were just given the key, without any indication as to where to go. Upon finding the villa, we were so disappointed it was dark, like walking into a cave, no out look or view and we then found it was dirty ,not a great start. However we made the most of it. Actually the park its self was well kept.
