We had a really lovely four day break during half-term.
Went for a complete rest and got exactly that. Lodge was very private and was on a very small quiet site in the countryside which was perfect for us
The locating of the lodge was great and it was in a lovely position. The lodge was a great size but could do with a bit of updating. The only real downside for me was the amount of cobwebs and spiders as I am not keen! I had to get my husband to get rid of them in all the rooms. We would stay again as it was easy to get to and a good location for visiting other places.
thank you to the gardener who told us all the best places to fo
Surroundings where great
The lodge wars just as advertised. The owners very friendly and helpful. My grandsons loved. The woods and being able to feed the chickens and geese. Very peaceful. Would certainly recommend it to friends.
Peaceful and totally relaxing
One of 4 little lodges. Beautiful location, very quiet. Perfect base for a holiday.
Overall, a good experience. Peaceful and relaxing location.
lovely setting with friendly staff. Children loved the animals close by and had lots of fun in the woods. Close to Devizes which we used for food shopping.Near Bristol and Bath for good days out.Wifi very handy.
Nice Location, Close to Bath and other Major attractions.
Great location for exploring a beautiful part of England.
A pleasant spot.
Owner friendly peaceful location ideally situated for surrounding area
would book again
Lovely location but with woods at the back of the lodges, they were a bit dark inside. The owners were helpful when they were there but with horses, chickens, ducks and puppies to look after as well as a B&B, they were kept very busy. There was nobody around the day we arrived and also one day when we got back to find we had no electricity in the lodge.
