About Hoseasons menu

The world out there is the world in here

Our Diversity and Inclusive (D&I) journey has no end, it will only ever evolve. Our passion is taken from the experiences we learn every day from our holidaymakers, our team members and ours partners and we thrive on creating an inclusive environment where everyone we interact with has the freedom to be themselves.

Our current initiatives are just the starting point and with the help of those around us, we are identifying every day new ways to be truly inclusive. We are proud of our achievements but there is so much more we want to discover, understand and educate ourselves on.

Supporting the LGBT Community

Supporting the LGBT Community

We are strong supporters of the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender (LGBT) community through our the WYNPride, Employee Network Group, whose aim is to champion and raise awareness of the challenges and achievements made within the community. As an organisation we are members of Stonewall and are proud to be recognised in their annual equality index, as an ‘inclusive’ place to work. We partner with Gay Star News to educate and showcase holiday choices to the LGBT community and we are delighted to be supporting Norwich Pride for the third year running.

More of the right thing

More of the right thing

We’re incredibly proud of the industry recognition we have received for our D&I achievements. We have been named the best large LGBT holiday company at the 2017 British Travel Awards as well as the LGBT-Friendly Travel Company of the Year in the TTG Travel Awards 2017. We have been recognised as a Disability Confident Employer and are taking steps in educating our employees on Mental Well-being. We love being recognised but we also know there is so much more to experience, learn and implement to take us further on our journey of being a fully inclusive organisation.
