For those wanting to switch off and embrace the stunning, spectacular, surroundings and natural environment. Or those new to camping that want to get out into the great outdoors, with a few home comforts, our Kingfisher Glamping Pod could be just what you’re looking for. There is a front decking area, designed for relaxing days and evenings, with outdoor furniture for al fresco dining. The Notter Bridge Inn is also situated at the entrance to the park, perfect for exploring the areas local cuisine.
Within the grounds is our Woodland Nature Walkway, offering a secluded walk around the boundaries of Notter Bridge Holiday Park. Along the walk is our small fishing and nature pond, with a selection of local fish and ecological conservation efforts, supporting the regions local flora and fauna. At the end of the Park is the slipway onto the River Lynher, perfect for canoes, kayaks, or paddle boards.
Our modern and contemporary pods, provide a comfortable and economic alternative to either being under canvas or in one of our lodges. The Pod has a murphy style bed that also doubles as a sofa. There is also a seating area and TV, whilst the kitchenette has a plug-in induction hob, microwave, and fridge. The pod also has an ensuite shower with WC. A pack of linen for the bed is provided upon arrival, please note we do not provide towels.
You are welcome to bring your own BBQ, as well as any other camping equipment needed to ensure you have a wonderful break. There is a parking space next to the pod. With a true focus on nature, Kingfisher has been named after this beautiful blue and metallic copper coloured bird. Often seen darting along the river banks at Notter Bridge or sitting patiently on the branches within our Woodland Walk.
