    A beautiful apartment in a lovely setting within walking distance of Carbis Bay. However you need to be very fit to do this as the road is very steep. Parking there is limited and expensive. However the train station is reasonably accessible and there is a good bus service from the top of the road(quite steep). St Ives is lovely and there is a good Park and Ride system. It is a good base for visiting the local area. The apartment was well equipped and the Welcome packs were appreciated. It was spacious and very comfortable. Parking is satisfactory. It is the perfect base for a holiday in Cornwall.
