An excellent cottage and a great location to get to Winchester, Portsmouth, Southampton and to be able to enjoy the South Downs.

The Joinery is a high quality cottage with attention given to the fine detail. The rooms were clean, the layout excellent, the ambience tremendous. We had a wonderful, relaxing time. The only minor issue was accidentally pushing the wrong button on the hot tub and it not being as hot as we might have liked. Yes the manager did show us the buttons and it was all our fault. It soon came up to temperature and all tranquility restored.

Had an amazing weekend away at The Joinery. Really fab and elegant cottage. A lot more spacious than it looks when looking at the photos. Well thought out and built. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of cities and towns. Not hard to get to. Clean, well supplied and nice little welcome gifts. Kate was really helpful throughout and on hand whenever I had a query. Highly recommended.

Wonderful few days for my husband and friends 40th birthday celebrations. Greeted with bottles of Prosecco. Very well equipped kitchens, with everything you may need. Plenty of comfy seating in the lounge, lots of games and DVD’s Beautifully clean, very comfy beds. Hot tub towels provided, which was a nice touch, as well as a proper coffee machine with complimentary coffee pods. The hot tubs were lovely, pretty garden and patio area. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a fabulous cottage with excellent facilities. Everyone loved the hot tub and games room and the garden was a perfect sports area for the kids! The cottage was comfortable, light and well laid out for two families. There is loads to do in the surrounding areas and Winchester is a great place to shop and eat. We had a fun and relaxing holiday - thank you!
