There were 3 generations staying at Aelybryn. We had a fabulous time. The pool table was great fun for all of us and what can we say about the hot tub - it was amazing. Lying in it with a glass of fizz in hand, watching the Red Kites circle above us. The house itself is very well equipped with lots of rooms for everyone to do their own thing if they wanted to. Would definitely recommend this cottage to anyone, particularly if they have small children. We would also like to say thank you to Steve for letting us arrive early, it was much appreciated. The only slight negatives are that we struggled to get a phone signal and the dog was able to get through the fencing so we were unable to let him off the lead. Everything else was perfect.

great house ideal for what we wanted it for.

Aelybryn was a wonderful holiday house. It was obvious Steve the host had gone out of his way to make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your holiday. Brilliantly well equipped with plenty of added extras. We really enjoyed a very relaxing family holiday here and I would definitely recommend this house.

the cottage is great we all enjoyed our stay .hot tub was very relaxing. a lot of things where provided in the cottage that you would not get at a lot of places { bathrobes, toilet paper , coffee etc} things you would need after a long journey until you find a shop. some good walks not too far away the coastal walk to new quay was lovely. only thing was a few of the family said the beds where uncomfortable and could do with tvs in the bedrooms and front bedroom can be abit noise from the traffic. { we didn't expect that amount of traffic to pass through the village}. good for children with having swings ,pirate ship decking , dressing up and games room. overall we had a lovely stay .

A wonderful holiday in a wonderful house! Everything you can think of had been supplied - from kitchen equipment to a changing room for the hot tub. Aelybryn has been furnished to a very high standard and with its numerous rooms and outside spaces, lends itself to a luxury family holiday - whatever the weather. Our week was a scorcher by the way. Thanks to Steve and family for a lovely stay. xxx

Loved everything about this cottage. Welcome was warm and friendly, Steve and his family are lovely. Outside area is wonderful, we had some lovely meals out there. The cottage amenities are really good, kitchen well equipped, rooms comfortable, the dining room well kitted, 3 living rooms meant we had some space to spread out. Everything was as described. So many spots out doors to just relax. The hot tub was clean and worked very well. Loved it all!

Exceptional property! Would definitely return. Lovely cottage perfect for two families. About 10 min drive from local town and shops. But there is a pub across the road and lots of walking opportunities. The owner lives nearby and is really hospitable. Some lovely little touches we travelled with four teenagers especially loved the pool table, hot tub and large well equipped kitchen to bake in. Fresh eggs from the owners chickens and a visit to their small holding all made for a relaxing week!

Great place to stay. Lovely house with everything you could need. WiFi is a bit hit and miss, but everything else was great. The local pub is well worth a visit.
