All OK except the cooking equipment - a decent frying pan and some larger cooking pots are missing.

Late check in and early check out is always a waste of 2 days. 3 full days and the Monday night means you don't really get 5 days.

This house is lovely the only problems we had was that the living room furniture was a little uncomfortable and we did not realize that it was situated next to a road so the traffic noise could be a little distracting at times . it is situated in a great place for exploring the surrounding areas we would definitely consider staying here again ?

The caretakers Heather and Bill greeted us, when we arrived they had warmed the house ready for our arrival which was extremely thoughtful of them. They were very friendly and knowledgable about the house and the area. This is a modern property, very clean, lovely bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Everything we needed. Others had commented that the beds were uncomfortable, we didn’t find the beds uncomfortable but we did find the sofa and chairs hard. However we accept that everybody has their own personal preferences.

Super house, modern, warm and well equipped in a good location for exploring The Trossachs and wider area. We loved it. The only problem.......was the mattresses on the beds. These were uncomfortable and incredibly soft. In fact on one of the singles you could clearly feel the springs.
