This semi-detached bungalow is in the perfect location for a family holiday and is only 2 miles from the pretty market town of Kingsbridge which contains many shops cafés and a sports centre. Ambermist is decorated and furnished to a good standard and has a lovely patio area ideal for enjoying a glass of wine. Churchstow has a shop post office and a pub which serves delightful meals.\nThe sailing mecca of Salcombe is only 6 miles away and the property is also ideally placed for sandy beaches at Thurlestone and Hope Cove and for exploring Dartmoor. For golfers there are first class courses at Bigbury and Thurlestone. The fine old town of Dartmouth is nearby with its interesting shops and buildings. The South Hams has 52 miles of glorious coastline and has been designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Its beaches have won more clean water awards than any other district in Britain.\nThere are many places to visit nearby including Woodlands a great family day out and Pennywell Farm. For adults there is Sharpham Vineyard and Salcombe Brewery. For walkers there are many coastal walks which are stunning and well worth exploring. The more adventurous can try sea kayaking stand up paddle boarding and sailing. There are many nature reserves for fantastic bird watching as well as National Trust properties to explore.     Well equipped property. Very good food at local pub. Only drawback can be quite difficult to park larger cars in narrow drive as road outside is quite narrow and there can be cars parked close to entrance.

    As soon as we arrived we felt at home and very comfortable. We did have an issue with the fridge/freezer not working. On contacting the owner things were put in place straight away to resolve the matter, and I am pleased to say that the matter was fully resolved.
