Lovely house for a group; we enjoyed the log burner and hot tub on a chilly January weekend but bedrooms not very warm. The house is very well equipped and dog friendly. The pub was further away than we expected. The towels smelt musty but everything else was well presented. We would come again ; it is a bonus to find a large house with so many bathrooms. We enjoyed the coastal walk from Staithes to Runswick Bay and Sandsend and good bus service back. The beach at Saltburn is lovely.

Had a fantastic stay at this property! Location was fab as you weren’t far from some cliff walks and the beach. The only thing i would say is that if the weather had been bad, it might have been difficult getting to the property as it is a dirt road with a slight hill. However the weather was great when we were there so wasn’t an issue for us.

The cottage is beautiful and set in a stunning countryside location with a sea view. The welcome package of wine, bread, butter, jam & milk was a nice touch, thank you Amanda. The cottage was spotlessly clean and is well stocked with everything you need, it’s like a home from home. There is plenty of space inside the house and the bedrooms are well spread out over the upper floor, with 5 bathrooms/toilets. All the towels & bedding were clean and fresh as the beds were very comfortable. We visited on a cold November weekend and found the house very warm and cosy. The hot tub was very clean and nice and hot. We will definitely be back, a lovely place and a great part of Yorkshire.

Beautiful large clean cottage. Has everything you need for a week's holiday. Great hosts and welcome package. Visited the surrounding area, enjoyed hot tub and wood burning fire. We were a family of 6 and 2 dogs and had plenty of room. Will be back again

Lovely cottage in a great area. Owners very helpful and super welcome pack. Garden enclosed for dogs. Enjoyed our stay

Lovely views but not from hot tub as lid fitted the wrong way and the owners were in the garden every other day not to check the ph levels for the hot tub either. No privacy. The property itself was very nice but the road leading to it you needed a 4x4 which we have but still snapped a spring going in. No bus service for a couple of miles and taxis would not come down the road to collect you. Had to wait 3 weeks to get our pre auth bond back even when we gave it to them within seconds with a bank transfer. Really spoiled our stay.

The owners have thought of everything and we wanted to move in! The views are hard to beat from the hot tub. The location is perfect for both the beach and the moors. We took our dog and the area is very dog friendly.
