Had a lovely stay in a very nice comfy cottage. Owner very friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed picking fresh vegetables from the garden. Greenhaugh is very small, which made for a quiet and relaxing stay. The only amenity in the village was a very friendly Pub, just across the road from the cottage, which served good pub food.

What a fabulous place. Great location for Kielder and the Roman Wall, and the beautiful Northumberland coast is only an hour away. There are also plenty of local walks if you don’t want to venture far. The cottage is located in a quiet, one road village with a great pub across the road (The Holly Bush). It had everything we needed for our stay and the owners, Caroline and Libby, are the perfect hosts. The wonderful garden is also worth a mention. We thoroughly enjoyed our week and will definitely book again.

Annie's cottage was just lovely. The cottage garden was kept lovely by Caroline. Both Caroline and Libby made us very welcome. There was lots of information in the cottage. The location was a bit rural for my wife and I, but so peaceful and it didn't stop us from venturing out and about. Plenty to see. Hadrian's wall, Cragside, Kielder Forest and Lake and of course the coast. There was also lovely circular walks from the cottage. The roads are a joy to drive on. No traffic.

Annie's cottage is beautifully presented and well equipped. It is perfect for a peaceful, get away from it all break. The owners are welcoming and friendly withot being intrusive. They were flexible about arrival and still greeted us with warm home baked scones. A great start to our holiday.

An excellent accommodation in a lovely small village in a beautiful area of Northumberland. Comfortable & well equipped with everything you could wish for. True, there is no mobile signal or internet, but that was part of the holiday. Talk to each other & go for long walks, can't beat it. Very good welcome from the owners & help was always on hand.
