I had a very comfortable and peaceful stay at Annies Cottage. The wet room downstairs is absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately I couldn’t get a tv signal and with no phone signal I was grateful of the excellent WiFi. I’d love to return for a holiday here instead of work as the cottage is in a lovely location to explore Skye.

We had a lovely weeks stay at Annie’s Cottage which was a good base to explore Skye. The cottage is comfortable and cosy with a well equipped kitchen and we loved the wet room. Also the Edinbane Inn is a few minutes walk away which serves great food. Would certainly stay at Annie’s Cottage again.

Amazing, spacious, cosy, comfortable and quiet. Enjoyed every minute staying at Annie’s cottage. The village is quiet, the people are friendly and the edinbane inn do great food. If only the weather was better. The cottage itself has everything you need for those wet and windy days. Being a chef the kitchen has everything I needed to prepare meals. Relaxing in the evening with a glass of wine and log burner roaring was a real treat. All in all we enjoyed every minute.

Didn't think the comfort and amenities cottage warrented the charge. We've stayed in many holiday cottages in the same price range and most have been better equipped than this one. In comparison to those others, yes there is a huge tv and a glamorous shower room, but the settees in the lounge were narrow and uncomfortable, the kitchen equipment was skimpy and the woodburning stove in the lounge small and not very good, with no axe provided to chop up the wood to fit in better. The beds were cheap and when a leg on the double bed broke and we tried to fix it we could see it had broken before. If a bit more money were spent on equipping it better it would be lovely, as it is warm and cosy, historically interesting being over a hundred years old and in a good spot for touring north Skye.
