Stroll along the promenade leading from Penzance Harbour to the old fishing village and port of Newlyn and then onto the quaint harbour of Mousehole. The area has great public transport links including a main rail line and a link to the scenic coastal train from St Erth into St Ives. There is a daily ferry service from Penzance to the beautiful Isles of Scilly or take an open top bus ride to take advantage of the breathtaking coastal routes. \nFrom Marazion the fairytale castle of St Michaels Mount rising from the sea can be visited on foot via causeway at low tide or by small boat at high tide. Visit the historic town of Marazion with its winding streets filled with curiosity shops tea rooms and art galleries or enjoy a walk along the wide white sandy beach of Mounts Bay. The area attracts watersports enthusiasts with activities such as kite surfing wind surfing sailing scuba diving and kayaking available. Bird watchers from all over the world visit the area with wildlife marshes at Marazion and nearby Hayle Estuary.     Can't fault this property, the best we've stayed in in Penzance. The location and views are perfect, the apartment has everything you could need and more, it's perfect! The hosts Barbara and Barry, so friendly and accommodating, lovely people. And a private parking space provided is invaluable in this area. We would thoroughly recommend this property to our closest friends.

    Probably one of the cleanest holiday lets I’ve ever stayed in. Had the most fabulous time in this two bedroom apartment with its own parking overlooking the harbour at Penzance. The rooms were spacious, the position perfect and the extra care by the owners made this a special holiday. Great location to visiting St Ives, Marizion, Sennon Cove, Falmouth, Mousehole and many other places. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending or indeed staying there again. Simply perfect.

    Definitely and by far the best holiday apartment we have ever stayed in, and we’ve been self-catering for 40+ years. Barbara and Barry have thought of everything. The welcome is warm and the apartment spacious and comfortable. At the turn of Summer into Autumn, the weather can be wet, but the apartment is the perfect place just to chill. Lovely views across the harbour, and the chance to watch the ever-changing light. Thank you. We’ll be back.

    Fantastic vacation home, great location, super clean and comfy, spacious and a stunning view of the harbor from the private terrace. Barbara and Barry were very friendly and gave tons of really useful advice and info for our stay. All in all an outstanding base for our vacation while we explored the beautiful surrounding areas.

    Fantastic, spacious apartment in an ideal location. Super outdoor terrace overlooking the harbour. Lots to see and do within walking distance or short car journey. Also ideally located for buses and trains if you don’t want to drive. I would highly recommend this apartment and would be happy to return.

    We had a wonderful stay at N° 2 Abbey Mall. The appartment was spotless and very well equipped, large bedrooms, nice bathrooms. An amazing view of Penzance Harbour. We would gladly recommend this self catering accomodation.

    Met at Penzance railway station by the owner, taken to the apartment and shown where everything was, and how it worked. Nice welcome pack, Milk, tea, coffee, biscuits and a nice bottle of wine, everywhere was outstanding clean and quality fittings, I would have no hesitation in recommending this property.

    Lovely welcome from Barbara. Great apartment, very spacious and lovely views over the harbour. Nice starter pack to enable us to make a hot drink and have a biscuit when we arrived and we also appreciated the bottle of wine and daffodils. Ideally situated for exploring West Cornwall. Good selection of restaurants and eateries within easy walking distance.
