Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.\n Located in a contemporary building these two holiday apartments refs UKC380 and UKC381 are both on the first floor with private parking to the front. It is located just a short walk to the sandy beach at Undercliffe with its panoramic views stretching in both directions. The apartments are situated midway between Bournemouth town centre with its range of shops restaurants and nightlife and restored Boscombe Pier with its handcrafted musical instruments. Bournemouth is ideal for a family seaside holiday with its miles of sandy beaches or for a city break for guests looking for lively nightlife. Beach 330 yards.     The apartment was fine but would have liked one more easy chair or 4 seater sofa. Good idea to inform that need tp take washing up liquid etc Otherwise no problems

    First met with building work holding up a land slide around the apartment block with loose paving stones and no lighting during the night. On entering the apartment 4 we noticed that this was not the apartment shown on the web site photos on the web site were for apartment 6 which had a balcony. On entering the bathrooms we found the bath towels to have small stains on them and they only gave us 3 towels and not four. The furniture was very hard including the so called sofa. We were told to phone Victoria about the towels but after 8 calls she never answered. We had to go and buy new towels from ASDA. I would not recommend this apartment for disabled people due to the work and no wheelchair access.
