Dungeness is a magical place to visit all year round. A recognised Site of Special Scientific Interest, it is an area of shingle beach, saltmarsh and sand dunes. The unique landscape is a nature lover’s paradise, perfect for walking and popular with photographers worldwide.
Apple Fish is a newly renovated holiday cottage in Dungeness with a nautical theme, situated on the nature reserve and an easy walk along the beach to the world renowned Dungeness Estate, a unique shingle spit that sits 3 miles into the English Channel. The sun room is a great place for breakfast, and to watch the sunrise. The large patio and garden enjoys the sun in the afternoon followed by wonderful sunsets over the vast expanse of shingle.
The quaint, Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch Railway passes directly along the bottom of the garden, which is a delight to behold for both young and old.
All on one level, Apple Fish offers spacious accommodation with a large sitting room, bright and sunny in the summer and warmed by the wood burner in the cooler months. The open plan conservatory and kitchen has far reaching views, and there are two comfortable bedrooms. One bedroom is a double and the other can be either twin beds, or made into a kingsize, ideal for both families and couples.
