Beverley House is located in the popular seaside resort of Cromer within walking distance of the beach pier and town centre with its shops pubs and restaurants. This large Victorian mid-terrace town house has been divided into five apartments that all retain period features. The upper floor apartments benefit from a birds eye view of the seaside resort. Each apartment is styled to offer a comfortable retreat to relax and unwind. Offering compact accommodation they are perfect for those wishing to self-cater or guests can benefit from the choice of takeaways and restaurants Cromer has to offer. The owners reside adjacent to the apartments should you require additional information.\nThe seaside resort of Cromer is located along the north Norfolk coast with amenities and attractions for all ages to enjoy. The town is famous for its tasty crabs wide open beaches and the traditional pier complete with a theatre. There is also a lighthouse Amazonia Zoo cliff top golf course cinema and a variety of shops restaurants and cafés to enjoy. Popular events include Carnival week normally held during the third week of August and fireworks over the water on New Year’s Day weather permitting. The neighbouring market town of Sheringham boasts the North Norfolk Steam Railway Splash Aqua leisure pool theatre museums shops cafés and restaurants. Sheringham is host to the very popular 1940’s weekend held during the month of September. Felbrigg and Blickling stately homes and Sheringham Park all owned by the National Trust are within easy reach. They are within an hour’s drive of the Norfolk Broads where you can hire a boat or go on a river trip enjoy riverside restaurants and cafés or browse around the shops. A 30-minute drive or local bus or train journey brings you to the heart of the city of Norwich with excellent shopping two indoor shopping malls market square theatre castle museum and plenty of cafés pubs and restaurants. Visit Blakeney Quay Cley-next-the-Sea and Morston harbour for a boat trip out to sea where you can watch the seals seasonal. Beach 300 yards.     This was my second stay in this apartment. It is in a great location if you are looking for fresh air beach walking and promenade strolling. The apartment has the basics you will need but take a knife or knife sharpener, toilet paper as only one roll is provided, and be prepared for a lumpy bed and no welcoming amenities such as tea, coffee, or milk. The apartment has a certain charm though and was comfortable enough for a one week stay. It is the location and price that are its attractive features.

    Convenient position and parking, very warm and comfortable, although dated decor and dim lighting. Also needs some repairs to window catches, hot tap in Kitchen, and noisy central heating pump. Zip together double bed turned out to be two singles. Oven needs cleaning. But for the price quite good and due to the fine weather we had a lovely time, still if you were to be stuck in it might not have been so good as the main room is a little small and cluttered.

    1only stayed over night as it was cold uncomfortable and no hot running water in kitchen finer,plus stairs to climb, difficult for me being disabled which I pointed out when I booked

    Apt 3 Salhouse was tired and old fashioned decoratively speaking. The lighting in the bathroom needs replacing and must be brighter. The whole place felt dark. On the up side, the place was very warm but better than being cold. Radiators could be turned down and windows opened. The hot tap in the kitchen did not function, the water starts to flow and then stops. The shower was good and spacious and the electric shower worked well.

    Location is excellent, close to promenade and beach and within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. Bedroom is a good size with two small single beds. The apartment reflects its age as do the furnishings and I would recommend upgrading the old two seater settee which is not comfortable. The kitchen passes muster but there was a continual problem with its hot water tap. I had to replenish the toilet rolls as only one was supplied for a week’s stay. There was no welcome basket of goodies nor was there coffee, tea or milk supplied on arrival. The apartment building is quiet and clean.

    It was okay but could do with a few improvements, Did not see owner , found our key in the porch. Bedroom ,headboard was not fixed to bed ,just laid against the wall so every time you moved it banged on wall . ceiling paper and plaster hanging down in corner ,no a tempt been made to put it right . Main living area, comfortable, kitchen items good, but hot tap would run and then slow down to a stop ,a pain when trying to wash up . No dust pan and brush , no spare bin liners, No teabags or a drop of milk on our arrival (our stays elsewhere have normally had a welcome pack. Shower room , great shower, but still had last week's shower gel running down tiles, unusual not to have been surplied with toilet rolls, We just feel this was rather over priced in view of these faults,
