We were very pleased with the farm, the standard of accommodation being much better than indicated by the photographs. Although set in a lovely rural location with beautiful views, being on an A road meant it was a tad noisy. We still had plenty of use out of the beautiful garden and quickly got used to the noise. The kitchen was not particularly well equipped for cooking for 12 as the oven was rather small and the additional work top oven couldn’t be used as it caused the power to go off. The huge kitchen table was a wonderful gathering spot for the family and saw much activity.
Brilliant time in this cottage which suited our group well. Everything was beautifully clean and lovely little touches were added here and there and were gratefully received.
We had arranged our trip on a budget and had planned to cook meals for our large group rather than eat out. Unfortunately the oven and grill didn’t work - only the hob. So we were restricted in what we could have and had to eat out on the first night when we realised nothing worked. I’m sure it will be speedily fixed by the owner who seems very diligent with attention to pretty much everything.

Well located and was very easy to house an extended family group; my only criticism was the state of the oven which desperately needed a deep clean but I expect it gets a lot of careless users over a summer season.
Second visit so knew what to expect. Apart from the busy road and the noise, it's a good location and you can park outside on the sliproad easily. Plenty of space inside. Lot of spider webs and generally could be much cleaner. No electricity in the top rooms apart from central light.
