• On the sheltered south-east coast of Mull, between Craignure and Iona and overlooking the River Lussa and Loch Spelve, these two wonderful properties (refs USK and SAAX) enjoy a glorious secluded position within the 4,000-acre Ardura Estate. Bordered by the River Lussa to the north and east, and protected to the west by the masses of Ben Fhada and Glas Ben, the estate is home to highland cattle and sheep, as well as an abundance of other wildlife, including red deer, eagles, buzzards, seals and otters. The estate is recognised as a European Heritage Site for its otter population and ancient Caledonian oak forest. Craignure (6 miles) has a food shop, garage, post office, tourist information centre, pub and restaurant, and is the car ferry port to Oban. Ardura is a great base for visiting Iona, Tobermory and Duart Castle. Excellent hillwalking in the area. Nearby are a swimming pool, gym, health spa, golf courses and sandy beaches. Shops 6 miles.

Lovely cottage ,great location! Friendly helpful people I charge of the cottage. Any queries quickly addressed. Bathroom was a challenge with 3/4 bath tub where having a shower was nearly impossible due to low cealing height without soaking carpeted floor . We loved the cottage, well equipped and sunshine for the week with BBQ available made the week amazing . Found sea otters ,eagles and visiting peacocks . We would love to return ! Thank you

Wonderful cottage in stunning location. Would not hesitate in recommending. A 6 mile drive to nearest restaurant/pub but that’s what you get for a remote setting. Would definitely go back again.

Fabuous location ideal for wild life photographers saw our first sea eagle gliding from woodland local spar shop 6 miles from cattage and petrol station and nice pub serving good old fashoned food , super places to visit on island, We stopped off at the local post office on our way to iona and ended up having soup / roll over looking a spectacular bay , Tobermory Wow if you have not visited this place its a must colourful cottages and houses lne the pavement , but the best thing about Mull is its unspoilt natural wild island if your looking for night life and raz a ma taz this holiday is not for you but if you love the wild rugged scenerey an abundace of wild life walking then we can really recommend this handsome rugged island ,

Lovely cottage. Very well equipped for cooking, games and just lounging around! Secluded setting with deer, peacocks and cows around about. All superb except for the bathroom! Compact is an understatement. The roll-top bath is a challenge to get into and an even greater challenge to get out! Headroom is limited and a hard hat is recommended ;0) The attached shower is fairly hopeless and simply results in a very wet floor and carpet! Unfortunately, the bathroom trials really let this property down.
