We had to score the amenities category low because there were no real facilities nearby in the way of shops, restaurants etc but that was an advantage if you like somewhere quiet and secluded, as we do. The main impression was of space, comfort and peace - lovely which is why we can score it highly overall.

Really great location if you want to be in the countryside (also has a pub next door, very reasonable and not noisy). The cottage is set up with bedrooms of 4, 3, 2 but it easy to adjust if needed. We had a family reunion and it was perfect.

The shower curtain in the ground floor bathroom was dirty and the rails were rusty. Apart from that everything was fine We also struggled to get the tv working

a very enjoyable break in a well equipped property Only things in the village were the pub & a small children's playground but many places to visit within a short drive. we liked the atmosphere in the pub & the food was good pub food at a fair price
