    Bedroom 1:  with ‘zip n link’ super king size bed which can be separated into two single beds if preferred
    Bedroom 2:  with double bed
    Bathroom:  with bath, separate shower enclosure and wash basin.
    Separate WC and wash basin.

    All fuel and power included.  Egyptian cotton bed linen and fluffy towels supplied. Cot and highchair available. Free Wi-Fi facility. 

    Fully enclosed patio garden at rear with decking area, outdoor furniture and built in BBQ. Outdoor storage suitable for golf clubs etc. On street parking available free of charge. Maps and directions for beach, wood and hill walks for dog owners. Visit Britain Gold awarded property.

    Ashburn House is a substantial stone-built end-terraced Edwardian house situated in the heart of the historic market town of Alnwick. This elegant cottage simply oozes style!  Recently benefitting from a full makeover Ashburn House has been transformed to provide self catering holiday accommodation to a superior standard. The main lounge at the front of the property has a contemporary electric fire to snuggle in front of and watch the flames dance and the large bay windows enhance the bright and airy ambience. There is also a separate ‘snug’ to rest and relax in; the highly polished original floorboards and inglenook adding to its charm. The large modern dining kitchen at the rear of the property is a delightful surprise and leads to a fully enclosed patio garden – a perfect spot to dine al fresco whilst children and pets are at play. Two immaculately presented bedrooms and a fresh contemporary bathroom with sumptuous bath and convenient separate shower enclosure on the first floor completes the picture.

    Over a number of years we have occupied holiday accommodation in Alnwick and reckon this property to be one of the best, if not the best! Location excellent, attractive small sheltered garden, easy convenient parking, useful, up to date, house & local area information. A most enjoyable stay.

    Lovely comfortable house in easy reach of lots of places of interest and a short walk into the centre of Alnwick with all its bars cafes and restaurants. The owners have provided almost everything you could want whilst away and have never stayed in a better equipped house. They also provide some history of the house and the original plans are on display which is a lovely addition. Loved the house and would highly recommend for couples but maybe unsuitable for toddlers/children because it has a nice but very small garden.

    Great house in a perfect location for visiting Alnwick with easy access to the beautiful coastline and all it's attractions. Probably the most comfortable holiday let I've stayed in. Spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Lovely warm welcome from the owners.

    Fabulous house situated in walking distance of all amenities in Alnwick. Also great place to travel from to see all the best of Northumbria. House itself was very clean, had everything you need and just lovely- highly recommend for couples and family alike.

    Fabulous cottage in a great location. We know Alnwick and the local area well but this has to be the best cottage ever. Clean, cosy and well equipped. They have thought of everything.

    This fantastic cottage was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. It is in a quiet no through road with on street parking within easy walking distance of all the amenities of Alnwick. I would definitely recommend this cottage and hope to return soon.
