The property is also ideally situated behind a supermarket perfect for stocking up on the essentials.\nThe National Coastal Path passes close by and a short walk takes you to Royal North Devon Golf Club which is England’s oldest golf course The Northam Burrows Country Park and the stunning beach at Westward Ho which is popular all year round with surfers and kiteboarders. The delightful North Devon coastal village of Appledore with its cobbled streets and bustling quayside is just 1 mile away and Bideford also 1 mile offers town amenities and boat trips to Lundy Island.\nClovelly and Hartland Quay are close by and the area is a must for water sports and sailing enthusiasts and fishermen whilst walkers and cyclists will enjoy the famous Tarka Trail which passes close by.     Fabulous location easy to get around Downside parking and carpet in the living room/ dinning room needed cleaning The recycling was not easy to understand - we did not realise that the actual recycling bins were inside the garden bin on the drive yes I would stay there again

    The house was very good and excellently equipped, location was superb and views lovely The only downside was the parking and being able to get out if others parked on the gravel area If we were in that area again we would come back definitely as the proximity to beaches and suitability of the dog was great

    This could have been a lovely holiday home but having your front drive backing onto the back of costcutter, a Chinese restaurant and workshops, full of rubbish and staff from these commercial properties smoking, litter everywhere spoilt the whole enjoyment of a family holiday! Yet your photos on your website don’t show this and nowhere in the text or small print does it say anything! And when I complained the answer I got was that your sorry I didn’t enjoy my holiday house! I advice anyone of booking this not too. First time booking with Hoseasons and the last!
