This is the ideal country retreat, but is just a short drive to the breathtaking north Devon and north Cornish coasts, with many stunning, dog-friendly beaches.
The pretty village of Bradworthy is approximately 1 mile and has a pub, church, post office, butchers, general stores and a fish and chip shop. This is a superb location with something for everyone. Fishing, sailing, surfing, horse riding and mountain boarding are available locally, whilst the coastal resort of Bude, 9 miles, has fine sandy beaches and excellent surfing, as well as an 18-hole golf course, restaurants, gift shops and galleries. The Tamar Lakes are within a short drive, offering a variety of activities including walking, fishing, sailing, kayaking and windsurfing. Picturesque Clovelly, with its cobbled streets and donkey transport, is close by or for a day out, the famous Eden Project is within easy reach, as are many other family attractions including The Big Sheep and The Milky Way Adventure Park.
